The manager and staff were very disrespectful and rude. We had confirmed a check in time of 8am days before our trip yet they denied us a room and argued with us for two hours until I called bookings.com. The room itself was cleaned quickly but not well. I would not have written a bad review if they had spoken to me with respect.
Bed bugs!!! and management will not take ownership
There was abosolutely nothing to like about this place except its location. Upon check in, the room assigned to us had yellow stains on the pillow and excessive hair when comforters were lifted. I was staying with 2 kids so I had to make sure the took was super clean. Anyways, after discovering the stains and hair, I went back to the front desk and asked to have our rook changed; he immediately grabbed a couple keys and took me to a show completely opposite to us. The room as he opened had this strange odor; so I went ahead and checked the pillows and BAMM...bed bugs here bed bugs there. Bed bugs every where! The staff felt very embarrassed. Took a photo to show his boss in the morning (I did too for evidence evidence ) .
Hmmm...bed bugs under pillows and comforters, yellow stained pillows, hair every where, cockroches under "clean" towels. The staff is extremely rude and will not take ownership of anything that may be wrong with the room.
