Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, which was close to attractions and convenient for exploring the area. Some guests also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with a few positive experiences regarding lost items and accommodating service. However, cleanliness was a major issue for many, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor maintenance. Value for price was mixed, with some guests feeling it was reasonable, while others thought it was not justified given the condition of the property. Overall, the location and some aspects of service stood out positively, but cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement.
