Pros (+) Location is ideal to walk to attraction.
Cons (-) Room a bit dirty. Hot tub stained, pool foggy. Cleanliness needs to be looked at.

Cons (-) It's older and due for a re-model... very much the colors, textures and finishings of 1989 (with a newer LED TV, thankfully :). Also, there was construction around on Ferry Road.
