Guests consistently praised the hotel's location for its proximity to attractions like Niagara Falls and local landmarks, making it convenient for sightseeing. Many guests also enjoyed the breakfast, noting its variety and quality. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning unclean rooms, lingering odors, and maintenance problems.
