Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and access to public transport. Many reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Some guests enjoyed amenities like balconies and appreciated the modern, well-maintained facilities. However, a few negative experiences were noted regarding reservation handling, room comfort (especially beds), noise, and some maintenance issues, but the positives generally outweighed the negatives.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, convenient location, bag storage for timing and check-in.
Cons (-) I got a balcony room and the picture online showed a great view, in reality we were on the third floor and our balcony faced an alley. Everything else was okay, but i expected a little more for 250 a night

Pros (+) The staff was amazing and very helpful!
Cons (-) I noticed small details that could use updating. Not a big deal but the hotel may want to consider when competing with all the other hotels in the area.
