Great location coffee & food steps away; 2 short blocks to Bryant park & subway & even closer for buses; 2 long blocks to Times Square but away from the bustle. GREAT room & shower; lovely helpful staff; MUCH better continental breakfast than expected 😁

Cons (-) City club needs a bit of facelift in rooms. Wallpaper needs to be replaced . In our room seemed like water marks on wall and ceiling were caused by leaked sprinkler.
Pros (+) Excellent location, walking distance to everything! Their friendly staff helped keep my luggage on check-in and check-out days. They provide complimentary fresh-baked cookies in the evening delivered to our rooms room just because! The hotel smells so wonderful, enough for me to mention it here- I really did love that! Ha!
