Pros (+) Staff was wonderful and friendly, and knowledgeable. Emmanuel, the night auditor was wonderfully helpful, especially when I had to check out by 630am.
Cons (-) If I have any complaint, and it was hard for me to find one, I would have to say that I wish the showerhead had been moveable. I prefer to face it as far down as possible because I'm short.

Pros (+) Great view of the Empire State Building, very clean room, and overall a great stay! It was super close to the subway, but far enough away from Times Square that it wasn't crazy hectic.
Cons (-) Only complaint-I requested early check in a week before, then upon arrival they said we couldn't check in til 3, despite getting a confirmation email that told me my early check-in had been granted.

Pros (+) Location was great. The subway station was only half a block away. You can get anywhere in the City very quickly and easily. Herald Square is a neat place as well. Lots going on at night and day. Bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the breakfast area is too small - we were never able to sit and eat.

Pros (+) good location close to all attractions, front desk staff were nice, room was clean, included breakfast
Cons (-) When arrived to our room, a note was on our headboard: "Duvet covers & sheets are clean for your arrival" I sure hope so don't all customers need to have clean sheets and covers? Only 2 elevators, working staff would use it all the time to go between floors, waiting time too long. Breakfast are very salty, buffet not refilled fast enough. Hotel does not give Air miles points
