Cons (-) Cleanliness!! We found a dirty and used condom under our bed. The bathroom was not clean thoroughly and the carpet needed to be vacuumed.

Pros (+) I had been in NY few times but this time I realize how important is a good location! The best ever! Next to metro station and shopping area. At the front rooms you can appreciate the Empire Statle from your window! For sure I will be back!
Pros (+) Easy walking distance to area attractions like Madison Square Garden, theater district, Empire State Building and numerous restaurants. Very clean room with plenty of outlets, and friendly front desk. Very nice, and rare, open outdoor space in front of hotel.
Cons (-) A bit disorganized with the luggage holding process and the lobby lounge should be open later during the summer. The hotel has very nice outdoor space which is rare for hotels in that busy area and could get better use. Got back from concert at 12:30 and had to look for a bar/pub to have a night cap.
