Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Many guests appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and apartments, which is considered a rarity in NYC. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, as room cleaning was often infrequent or required additional payment. Noise was also a recurring concern, with some guests reporting disturbances from external sources or poor sound insulation. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment leaned positive due to the location, service, and room size.
