Clean, newish rooms. Great location. Good value for a no frills hotel - just a small lobby and small rooms, but comfortable and clean. If you need a desk in the room or a lobby to work from, this isn't the place.

Pros (+) Close to some very good restaurants. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) No natural light, you wouldn't know it was daylight outside. Furnishings looked tired and "inexpensive".

Cons (-) I stayed for 6 noghts and my flight back home was only 9:40 pm. I asked 2 hours extra and they asked me a entire day charge. Ridiculously they asked me 100 dollars for 1 hour extra. I think it lacked a bit of kindness.

Pros (+) Staff were very courteous and my daughter had a great time question the concierge JP. He doted on her every chance he got. The room was an ok room large because it was a room outfitted for wheel chair customers. They removed the fridge and the safe wasn't installed. But overall it was comfortable clean and spacious. Pros (+) You get what you paid for. The whole staff was excellent. They were courteous, and very accommodating especially the Filipino guy who always helped us with our luggage and arranged for our transportation. Pros (+) Very helpful and friendly desk staff. Bowl of free apples on counter. Location is right in the middle of all the Time Square action and broadway shows, and lots of restaurants - if that is what you want. Staff booked our car service for trip back to airport and service was excellent and reasonably priced.
Cons (-) Room space is tight. The closet for hanging up long pants is inadequate. Must call front desk to request a bucket of ice - no ice machines. Bathroom lacks sufficient towel rods and there is no place to hang up a wet washcloth, no shelf or niche in shower to place shampoo, body wash, etc except for one tiny triangular metal soap dish type thing.
