Free breakfast was more than just continental / so that was a pleasant surprise!
Room was very outdated, furniture was from Hogwarts, no A/C, lots of street noise, room was small. TV was from the 1990's. Very few amenities. Elevator does service all levels of the hotel (re: some stairs required to get luggage to the room). Hotel needs a major facelift.
The breakfast was disorganised and delays in clearing free tables. People came in and there was no where to sit. You could hear the noise from adjacent rooms and above. Disappointed as booked specifically as offered 2day tickets for the price of one. We emailed ahead to check if we needed to pre book these and were told we could do it when we arrived. When we asked we were told they didn’t have any and that was the end of the conversation.
Good central location, good breakfast selection
Parking on site was expensive, but could park a block away for $7 per day wasn't made clear when booking.
The room was dirty. No remote for the TV until last day which we found under the bed. Cleanliness was at a all time low. Very disappointed
