Cons: Only one criticism we all had a flight in the morning with pick up at 07.40. Breakfast did not start until 7:30am, we were not even allowed to get a drink of juice prior. Would suggest that there is a facility for some sort of continental breakfast/ coffee for people departing early for flights, golf etc.

The apartment is quite spacious, with a mini kitchen equipped on a basic level. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed but not given to the vacuum cleaner. Breakfast can be bought with 9.90 euros per person and lunch around 15 euros per person. The food is really good The staff is very friendly;they helpt us going to nice trips to Malaga and Gibraltar. You can buy a transfer from / to the airport and I especially recommend to,if there is a lot of luggage. Over all,we enjoied this holiday very much,and will came back at Puerto Azul with any other ocasion.

One day during my stay, I had to go to a meeting at 8;00 sharp and hence I could not have my breakfast. Also, you will not be able to have your dinner after 9;30 pm. I know it is a bit late but in Marbella, you really stay awake till very late. I was hoping they will close the restaurant for half an hour later.

Cons: We had stayed last year and had a beautiful newly renovated room. This year the bathroom was renovated with new bedding but still some old finishes to the room. It's a little awkward if you have a car as there is nowhere to park outside the hotel to check in before you need to go to the car park so if it is your first time, make sure to find somewhere to park your car first!

Pros: Proximity to the Old Town. Exit the rear of the hotel and you were at the bottom of the Old Town, leave through the front and you had the hustle and bustle of the new and a short stroll to the beach.
Cons: Couldn't really find fault for what you pay for this hotel.

Cons: Booked 2 rooms the same and 1 didn't have a private bathroom! On the website it makes out to be a hotel when infact it is a hostel which I am not use to staying in .

Pros: The location was good - it's right in the center of the old town and is very close to lovely bars and restaurants. There's a cute cat next to the reception room.
Cons: The rooms are very small and not comfortable - the bed is small, there is only 2 phone sockets and one is over the bed, the other is not reachable. It is very noisy - the first night we were woken up by other guests of the facility. The toilets were dirty most of the time, even though staff was cleaning them in the morning. No one was making the beds the only thing we received was clean towels. We tried to leave the facility and only pay for 2 nights but were refused to by staff. If you are looking for a place in the center of the town and do not care for comfort - then it's okay for you, but otherwise I do not recommend.

Cons: I don't even know what to say. maybe that the terrace is to be closed after 10pm. However i do understand the purpose of this, people must enjoy their sleep so it's fine! in the end of the day if you want to arty you go to the town which is a 2min walk only

Pros: This hostel is well located in the center of marbella old town and peaceful.
Cons: The rooms are very small, was hard to accomodate luggages in the shared room, required some hassle. There is a big cabinet that is poorly placed in the room that cannot be used which is just taking up space unnecessarily and would be more helpful to remove it and allow this space to be better used by the people in the room. This is not a social hostel, and the staff is not very cheerful and informative. This place seems to be run by an eastern european family and they are not as warm in their personality as the Spanish. The lady had a lot of attitude when I had trouble finding my key and I needed help to get into the hostel late night. There is a button that says you should press to enter at night but she was upset when I used it. Perhaps they should remove the button if they don’t want it to be used. Bathrooms are inconveniently located far from the rooms, but the staff made an effort to keep them clean. Taxis can not come to the front door, but can leave you up the block. I am not planning to stay here again if ever in Marbella, but overall I would say it is a fair place to stay for location if you have no other expectations.
