No WiFi. Shower head broke off constant. Most staff at front desk were clueless and rude. Maid service would never replace my towels. Passss on this hotel.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The breakfast is generally appreciated, though some mention a lack of variety. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the Wi-Fi quality, small room sizes, and cleanliness issues in certain areas. While some rooms are described as comfortable and clean, others report maintenance problems and poor ventilation. Overall, the location and breakfast are the main positives, but improvements are needed in Wi-Fi, room size, and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
