Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Paddington Station and public transport, making it convenient for exploring London. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, opinions on cleanliness were mixed, with some guests noting issues in rooms and bathrooms, while others found the hotel clean. Room size and facilities, such as the lack of air conditioning and small bathrooms, were also mentioned as drawbacks, but the value for money and overall service were generally appreciated.AI-generated from customer reviews
