Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, particularly its proximity to Paddington Station and local amenities. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness and modern decor of the rooms. However, several guests were disappointed by the very small room sizes, and some experienced issues with noise from the nearby underground trains, especially in basement rooms. While service was generally seen as positive, a few guests mentioned unresponsive staff. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere, but room size and noise may be concerns for some travelers.AI-generated from customer reviews
