Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Paddington and central London, making it convenient for transport, restaurants, and sightseeing. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dusty rooms, dirty carpets, and insufficient cleaning in both rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others describing it as minimal or poor. The absence of elevators and the presence of narrow, steep stairs to upper floors are frequent complaints, especially for those with heavy luggage. Room sizes are often described as small or cramped, and some guests report discomfort due to heat or hard beds. Overall, while the location and price are strong positives, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast variety, and accessibility.AI-generated from customer reviews
