Inexpensive casino, don't expect frills
Sante Fe Casino is on the edge of Vegas. Easy to get to from the airport and a good launching point for points north of Vegas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Abundant parking. Casino looked like the interior of any other casino, just a little more run down. Room was big,.clean, and comfortable (albeit a little worn). Given how little I paid for my room, it was more than fine.
The place is just a little run down and retains the sadness of a casino (people staring blank faced into slot machines).
Won't go back
The staff was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't give me a room twice. We use to go there a lot yet not anymore. Just drive another 15 minutes down to Freemont. Got a room at the Nugget!
Wouldn't give me a room. Told me they were sold out and they weren't!
Nice casino, hotel ok
Good food and comfy beds
No hot water for shower! Walls were thin, could hear rowdy neighbors. Could not reach front desk to inform of no hot water.
Service could be better
Loved the coffee shop food and service!
Didn't like the service in the Cabo restaurant; we had to get our own drinks from the bar and the food was just marginal.
