The four bedroom villa was nice and big

There were alot of broken things...cofee pot, door handle, lights...

Villa 553 was really clean and updated. The staff is fine and they have rules but they are not jerks about it like other reviewers have said. You can have drinks snacks and a ball in the pool.

Unit 116: Great location next door to pool and grotto hot tub. Close to good restaurants and less than 1.5 hours to Everglades airboats & Theatre of the Sea. Nice welcome basket with snacks & some waters & juices in fridge. Plenty of seating in living room and dining table (family of 7). Comfortable king and queen beds. 10 large beach towels, hairdryers and several rolls tp per bathroom. Tvs in 3 out of 4 bedrooms. Decent, super close fitness center. Found a # for customer service & they allowed me to text unit maid. She came out within 30 minutes to look at dishwasher problem. Very happy with that service.

Customer service # didn’t take us to representative. Non-working Lights: master bedroom ceiling, “French door bedroom” ceiling, laundry room ceiling. Very Loose door handle on door between laundry room & bathroom. Outside door handle fell off of sliding door to deck (already had missing center upon arrival). Master bedroom missing shower shelf. Need a little stool in there for toiletries. Master bath towel bar already pulled away from wall. Very slippery in shower. Need rubber mat to prevent someone from falling. Master bedroom vertical blinds were missing several slats and main Living room vertical blinds to deck had many missing slats. Tv in living room freezes every few minutes. Other TVs worked fine. We think needs new box above tv or tv software needs updating. Dishwasher inoperable. One twin bed sinks. Overall, 116 is a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.
