Pros: Great location! Very Good food at the buffé. The service was excellent!
Cons: The food at the a la carte resturangs was an disappointment.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very fast check in & check out. Excellent food & staff at all restaurants & food bars. Excellent house keeping staff. Very nice facilities & very good hairdressing & photography services.
Cons: All night shows are dedicated for Russian speaking guests & this was boring for us as non Russian speakers. AC was terrible in the room; it was too hot in the room & the repairer couldn’t do anything.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Very unhelpful hotel staff. On arrival refuse to accommodate. Double charge me. Did not return a full amount of first payment through booking. Had to pay cash on arrival. Drain all my cash for holiday. Spoken with a few members of staff to resolve the problem, but every time they had to change their mind.

Pros: Almost everything including the night shows but special mention goes to the staff: I travel a lot and this is one of the most helpful staff ever seen. My thanks go to: Alphonso: “Muchas Gracias Hermanito”.. Thanks also to Miguel, Musatafa and Andrea on the beach, to Azra for the service and especially the excellent tea and the smile, to Mufida, Yana and Leila in the kids club, to Irena for the pastry and delicious Ice Cream, to Murat for the delicious dishes in the Turkish restaurant and the excellent service he provided, Abdulla for keeping the beach clean and Tatyana for her smile... I forgot many others but in 9 days, I really enjoyed knowing all these people.
Cons: If i have to mention something In this section it’s going to be about the Italian restaurant which could be better in terms of variety of food.

4.2 Okay
Pros: dinners are correct
Cons: Bad hotel. Bad service. To many people at hotel area. Everywhere you have to wait. Promised as ultraall inclusive but there are very strange drinks. Meals are not bad but you have to ask 3-4 times to have a glass of vine because they sel botles of Georgian vines. In compare with similar hotels in area (for example Kaya BELEK) this hotel is far far away...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything :)
Cons: No Transfer to hotel from Aeroport

Cons: The internet it was a littel bad
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager Mr Suhkry was wonderful and understanding. He was helpful and made my last 2 days in the hotel very good by solving the problem of my room. He deserves to be a manager and understands about customer service.
Cons: The taste of the food they need to work on a little more. The variety and quantity is enough but the taste needs some more support

4.6 Okay
Pros: There was one waiter who was lovely - I can't remember his name (Bakkar?) - he looks like Roger Federer's cousin! He was really nice. The Zumba instructor was also friendly. The third room we got given (after a LOT of insistence) was nice.
Cons: This hotel is not worthy of being called 5 star. I have a few bullet points to summarise everything that was awful, but I will expand below. Summary: - The reception staff were TERRIBLE. Worst I've ever come across and hopefully ever will. - Staff were pervy and inappropriate to women. - The "apartment" rooms were very dirty. - The food was so bad; not vegetarian friendly; almost all dairy products had gone bad; no variety through the week we stayed there; not real Turkish food at all. - The drinks were awful; cocktails were almost pure sugar; they had only machine coffee; had to pay extra for fresh juices. - The AC is turned off in the bedrooms after November, even though the rooms are stuffy and temperature was almost 30 during the day. - Awarded as an environmental hotel, but all water is given in plastic bottles, the cleaning staff leave the lights on, new towels are placed in the rooms even when you don't leave them on the floor. - A lot of facilities were closed; a number of their restaurants, the pier was dismantled a few days into our stay; the sunbeds were removed from the beach front too. So now, the details: **Continued in photos attached because I've exceeded the word limit**

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The food and beverages are very good. The hotel offers a good value for money, however it can use a modernization of its installations, which are not in bad shape but you can tell they are not the newest in general. I would stay in this place again.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The workers look unhappy and they don t salute the customers. And the inside swimmingpool water was soso cold, just the russians could swim... And maybe norway people
6.5 Good
Pros: food quality was excellent and all staff in restaurant and around pool are extremely professional and hard working, Defiantly use Spa and there is young gentleman called ezgil I think , he is very good , women for some reason wasn't as good as him , we used spa as a group on 3 occasion, haggle the price because they will accept it
Cons: we booked it through getaroom website , age for children was 0-17, so 2 adult and 13 years old child booked 7 days for 1115.83 pounds , when we got to hotel manager was insisting that we have to pay another £350 as a their guidance was 0-12, we actually booked another room 8 days after our first booking for another room 2 adult and child age 6 and we paid £830 although the different on price because child is younger , anyway we had to pay and that left bitter taste to our holiday , hotel relation service was very poor , we went to see her (I think Ludmila) 3 times and all 3 times had to wait 5-10 min while she scrolling through her phone and smiling on whatever was there and then all 3 times lacarte restaurant was full , despite 2 times we went there at 9 she still didn't have any availability . we didn't care that much regarding lacarte restaurant but her attitude toward her position was very very poor
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff for the most part did not bother us. Facilities were ample.
Cons: Limited communication due to limited English from staff. Inadequate explanation of facilities covered by fee, hence we only realized and enjoyed coverage toward the end of our stay. Free parking was included however I was constantly chased away and forced to park in the street.
7.5 Good
Cons: The hotel gives us just one room card, and for a familly with 2-3 kids it s big problem
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff are friendly all facilities are clean and accssesable
Cons: Beach is somehow far from the hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Hotel is clean, ample food, and friendly staff. Thank u much for the hospitality.
Cons: We are muslims... u have a muslim country. Alhamdulillah... Please do away with the alcohol.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Room was clean had everything what we needed. Location was in the center of city.
Cons: Foods are not even good. There were multiple hot dishes at lunch and dinner but they did not have quality. Snack bar was dirty and food was bad. They say they port near the beach it was true but you had to rent to stay there. Beach has stones instead of sand. Drinks, cocktails etc. didn't have quality. With given money I would expect more valuable food and drink from this hotel.
6.7 Good
Pros: Greetings, I liked the location of the hotel, also that the beach is really good and very close. Food is great as well, lot of different types of of food and you can easily eat very healthy.
Cons: I don't like few things. First one is that when you are in room (I had a room with sea view located at level 3) you can hear all night water going through pipes, I could hear when neighbours are flushing their toilets, every time and is not funny when you want to sleep. Also I was unlucky that one of my neighbours was snoring and I could hear it very well , keep me awake, I thought in a five star hotel the sound insulation should be much better. Anyway what really annoyed me was that I left my money ( around 60-70 Turkish lira on the desk under the tv with all my stuff on that desk(phone, go pro, my wife's cosmetics etc) and when I come from breakfast the room was cleaned and money gone, not nice when they wasn't left there for tip, tried to speak with women's who clean my room, we could not understand each other so my wife told the person from the reception what happened and they asked the cleaners and their answer is they did not take nothing, funy that all the coins was still untouched. So I know for sure I left the money there and I know for sure that they was taken from my room, the way how the stuff treated the incident ruined my holiday because all the time when I was leaving the room and come back and room was cleaned I should go and check if my stuff is still in the room and not missing like my money. Is not about the quantity is about want happend and how was treated/ solved...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful and very thoughtful. Exceptional service! The location was wonderful, right on the beach with a walking path to stroll along the sea. The food was tasty with lots of choices.
Cons: The pool was could be a bit warmer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Particularly like the wonderful kebabs made by Erkan at the beach .
Cons: Lack of a proper Italian coffee machine .

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was on the ground floor. Large area of apartments - 2 rooms. Bed, two sofas, dining table. The kitchen is well equipped, everything was enough. The location is just perfect! Sea nearby just 5 minutes walk and beautiful mountains. Located in a great location. Near the botanical garden and a park for walks. A few minutes walk to the center of the city. The apartments themselves are located in a quiet and peaceful place, super for relaxing. Shops nearby, you can buy everything you need. And of course, special thanks to the owner Mr Mustafa. Everything will show, everything will tell. Organized a wonderful transfer from the airport and back. Big thanks!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Mustafa is a perfect host! This hotel is a nice place, modest and cozy. Situated in a quiet part of Kemer
Cons: The furniture on the terrace was dusty. A big towel was thin and not perfectly clean
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was good being close to the main part of the town and the harbour. Plenty of parking and a food restaurant very nearby. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The aircon worked fine. The roof terrace is huge with stunning views to the mountains but needs a bit of TLC. It was certainly very cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.
Cons: The apartment was very dated with missing and chipped floor tiles and grout which needed a good bleach. Broken handles on bedroom furniture drawers etc and a door out to the loft terrace which didn't lock. The energy saver switch was falling apart and the TV wiring in the hall was unfinished and rough. The blue piquet didn't look very clean. Hower.. the owner/host was lovely and we did have a comfortable stay. I feel bad writing the above but I have to be honest.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner Mustafa was excellent. He spoke good english and was very helpful and friendly. The free air con was very good and needed. The rooms were large The location was good with parking immediately outside in the quiet street.
Cons: The facitilies were basic The pool area and balcony were a bit disappointing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Mustafa is an excellent host. Very good in communication and promptly attends to any requirements. He also provided all the necessary guidance - places of interest, commuting, etc. The apartment was clean. Its a quiet place (away from the loud russian music), yet very close to city centre as well as to the beach. The kitchen also had number of dishes and basic equipment to cook...I was staying in the loft. So enjoyed the evenings and good mountain views. Although I didn't use the pool, but it seemed to be a good amenity as well. Its very good value for money stay...
Cons: The equipment's are quite basic, but its marketed as a 2 star stay anyways. So don't want to fret unnecessarily...Internet tends to be weak in the loft stay, not sure how it is downstairs.
6.7 Good
Pros: We stayed 10days and liked good and hospitable attitude of Mr. Mustafa Kara. He booked our airport transfer wich was good and we appreciate to him for his help. Bed was comfortable and not very soft. Rooms was small but for 2 persons it was okey. For 3 would be not comfortable at all and because of space and because of very small and 1 wardrobe and small bathroom. All our requests was friendly done by him. Location is near the central shopping street but quite far from the seaside and beaches. But anyway it was good enough staying.
Cons: All our requests was about cleaning the room, changing towels and making empty trash can. I think they should do it every day without our requests : to check if trash can is full and to clean a floor and bathroom.. Etc. Also we didn't have a hot water at the days when was rain and cloudy and was not enough sun to heat the water. We were from 22nd Sept till 2nd October. As we was ill with some disease (virus) and had a fever it was a problem for us to take a cold shower or even to cook something and to use cold water. I think they don't t want to switch electric water heater when weather became chily and no sun. Kitchen stuff was not enough and it was good that I brought with me my own small sousep and good knifes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was very helpful, answered any questions we had regarding food/entertainment/tours we should choose. Organized very comfortable transfer. Rooms were clean and been cleaned regularly. We had problem with a fridge but it was immediately solved as soon as we mentioned it just like any other issues we had. The house itself is near the beach and the main street but it’s far enough for us to not be disturbed by sounds of partying. Our kid enjoyed swimming pool (which was well taken care of) the most.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice and cozy apartment! You have everything necessary for cooking, wi-fi, conditioner and hot water, all working perfect. There’s a small but nice and clean pool. Shops and cafes are nearby. The beach is a couple of blocks away. You can work or ask for a transfer. Also, we ordered very tasty Turkish food right into the apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpful!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The host is extremely hospitable. Always extremely helpful. He took us around in his car to show the local restaurants

7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was great. Upgraded our room for free and our stay included a turkish bath!
Cons: We didnt like that this region was overtaken by Russian tourists. Everything was catered towards them and we felt that there wasnt enough turkish culture as a result.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience was just excellent, the staff were really helpful and friendly as well. The hotel offered a daily beach trip which was located in a nice spot and the beach Qualista was marvelous
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean family run hotel. Excellent location, right in the centre of Kemer. Very comfortable beds. The staff could not do more to make you feel welcome. We will be going back again next year. A little gem of a hotel. Fantastic value for money.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great variety of breakfast, extremely polite, nice and competent staff, great location 200 m to the nearest beach. Access to private beach with sun beds for free :) sauna, steam room and turkish bath for free!!!! Absolutely affordable price! Stay in Elegance Kemer went beyond our expectations! :)
Cons: Eventually the payment that meant to be taken in euro for our stay, was taken in turkish liras which resulted in a very high exchange rate charged from my account. So totally it was about 40€ extra cost. We were however offered two dinners for free as a compensation. Staff handled our complain in a very nice and competent way :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best value hotel I have experienced in Antalya Province.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Small and cozy hotel. It is very close to the city center and everything you need in Kemer: cafes, restaurants, groceries, shops, travel agencies, bus stops. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, but we prefer to walk - just 20 minutes through pedestrian street with shops and the park. Very friendly and complaisant staff. The rooms are clean and fully equipped (at least it is enough for us). There are few family rooms. Two public balconies is great place to sit and relax before sleep. A pool and inner yard are very peaceful for getting sunbathes. Sauna and hammam are free to visit. Breakfast and dinner are tasty and quite various (for us).
Cons: It will be great if there is a possibility to buy a mitten for a hammam on the hotel reception. Or some instructions what is needed before visiting a hammam will be very useful. There are only few spots in the room where WiFi worked well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was perfect, actually all meal at this hotel is fresh, daily made, a lot of drinks and deserts, fresh fruits. Swimming pool very clean, rooms are exceptional clean, Qualista beach is beautiful. Pros: I particularly enjoyed the Sailing and the fantastic team at the water sports station. They did an amazing job and I enjoyed their service, friendliness and professionalism enormously! Serkan, Hassan, Engin and all the others are extremely competent, helpful and friendly professionals. As a guest I could not have wished for a better team! Thanks a million for your amazing efforts!

Pros: I love this amazing place. Im coming back always❤️
7.5 Good
Pros: beach was amazing and there were plenty of sports activities during the day. staff was friendly-special thanks to Cihan!
Cons: both me and my partner had food poisoning that ruined the whole experience... unless you pay extra, alcoholic beverages are poor quality. Food was ok, nothing impressive (especially for a vegetarian). All tables are for 8 people. It is not fun to have no other option but to sit with other people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Perfect!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Let me start of by saying that this was a bit of an experiment for me, since the Dutch aren’t really known for ‘Club Urlaube’ and I am usually a bit more adventurous. But since I was looking for a place where I could do sports, enjoy good food and maybe do some dancing, I ended up booking the Robinson Club Camyuva for 5 nights. It was quite an experience, and hopefully without boring the reader, I will try to sum up all the pros and cons (in my humble opinion of course). Pros: - Wonderful location with enough sun beds on the beach and around the pool (which I didn’t use once, since the seawater is just lovely in July). - Perfect sports program that fit all my needs. - Very friendly staff and especially ‘Robins’ who sincerely seem to enjoy talking to the guests and having fun with them. - Incredible food; more than one could wish for. Lot’s of variation and enough healthy options to stay in shape while doing your sports program. - Entertainment program thought through very well and lot’s of eye for detail. The restaurant changes looks according to the theme and on Turkish night, dinner and entertainment is along the beach. - Options for dancing every evening and if you have a quiet room (which I asked for and got in the 400 block), you can escape the noise if you wish to do so. - Overall friendly and ‘non obnoxious guests’ who mingle easily. All in all a great 5 days. If I would go again, I would definitely make sure I would either go with a friend or make arrangements in the same period my newly acquired ‘Klicke’ would go; that does definitely make a difference. One more note: I am fluent in German, which comes in very handy in this German speaking club. Other languages are definitely note spoken automatically.
Cons: Cons - The mingling also has a con. Since there are only large tables for 8 (some for 6), you always sit together with other guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course this will help you get in touch with people when you travel alone (like I did), but at the same time there is no way to escape the social interaction. Forced to socialize, you can feel a bit lost when you first get there, because it can seem that many people know each other already. - As a matter of fact that is actually the case, since many guests have been coming there for years and know each other. Because of this, the ‘real’ solo traveler is somewhat of a different species at the Robinson Club Camyuva, since most solo travelers might go there alone, however are welcomed by their social warm bath once they get there. As a ‘first-timer’ you do indeed feel like an outsider at first and if you have some challenges socializing, you might have difficulty finding a group to be part of. The club does organize single/solo traveler gatherings every evening at the bar, so that’s nice if you need some help getting in contact with others. Doing sports, especially volleyball, will help you with this also! - The party aspect of the club is good and you can dance every night. The music is ok, however in my opinion there needs to be more variation in music styles. Also, after a couple of nights it gets a bit boring that the same playlist seems to be played over and over. I have heard many guests complain about this aspect and also read it in the reviews before I went. I feel the club does have some work to do there. - My biggest con is the fact that many people (of all age groups) really seem to be there, not only to let their hair down and have some fun, but to hook up with other guests as fast and even as much as possible. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable interacting with men, because quite a few did indeed seem to have a different agenda than I did.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Magnificent hotel, the best place to spend vacations! Thanks to the staff led by the General manager for the high service!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The food is simply excellent. Probably the best that we had in 9 years of staying in all-inclusive resort hotels in Turkey of the similar level. The Spa is great, and the massage specialists are superb. i would go to the hotel for the massage only. Generally the staff at the hotel are extremely hard working.
Cons: уборку пляжа
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The sea, the staff, food&drinks
Cons: On the second day, they didn't clean our room, they just partially made our bed and that's all. I never see that kind of cleaning service before. They are asking extra fee (60€) for the certain sunbeds, it's totally ridiculous. They guys from the sports company(no connection with the hotel) disturbs you(even waking you up during sunbathing) many times during the day by pushing you join one of the activities to make money. The area of the hotel quite limited and limited activities to do. After two three days it's getting boring.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond for us.
Cons: -On the initial check-in day, my husband and I were checked in to a double bed, even though we requested a queen bed. -The room walls are extremely thin therefore we were able to hear a lot of noise from our neighbor. -Cleaning staff didn't thoroughly do the cleaning, as there was mold gunk in the bathroom shower
7.5 Good
Pros: Check in is at 2pm therefore took advantage of the lunch service while we waited as we arrived early. The hotel does have a wow factor, staff are attentive and polite, and everything about the hotel grounds has great attention to detail. The king sea view room we paid for was quite small but new and very clean. Our view however was of the pool with a palm tree right outside our window. It definitely wasn’t a “beach view”. The food trucks were the highlight of our stay. There is great variety, the food is delicious and drinks are plentiful. The pool is nice and relaxing.
Cons: Firstly for an all inclusive hotel I was greatly disappointed by the fact that we were asked to pay 50 euro for a sun lounge/bungalow on the decking. We were not informed of this however you aren’t paying for anything specific other than a staff member bringing you what is already included in your stay. The two Turkish couples beside us were not charged as they didn’t have any service nor were they given a bucket of drinks. These drinks are actually inclusive of your stay anyway. It is evident that staff take advantage of foreigners and don’t actually charge Turkish citizens who were using the beds next to us. 2 other English speaking couples advised us that this had happened to them the day prior and said how unfair this was. It is appalling that people who already pay a high price for a stay have to pay additional to sit on a sunlounge just because it faces the sea. My other issue is entertainment is dull and targeted at the Russian crowd. One night I wasn’t sure what was louder? The sound of the aircon in my room or the high pitch of an opera singer who was screaming her lungs out on stage at 11pm. During our stay we were locked out of our room twice and had to get reception to fix our cards to enter the room.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Not good stay, They are not cleaning your room well, when they know you are in room, they come to room and tell you to clean your room, and when you go to out they don't come to clean. When you call the reception from your room they don't answer you. The AC is not working well rooms is hot, one day there is ben fire in one room in hotel, smoke detector and alarms of hotel don't worked and peoples say we tray calling the reception but they don't answering us,

Pros: Other than the room, everything was fabulous!!!
Cons: The room is old and furniture should be better for 5 stars hotels

Pros: Over all it was nice
7.1 Good
Pros: 1) large territory with lots of trees, flowers, etc. 2) the main pool area is well-packed, everything is at hand (they even have a bar which is accessible right from the pool) 3) the animation team was doing good
Cons: 1) Very noisy rooms (feels like you have no walls at all) - bring earplugs if you want a good sleep 2) there could have been more daily activities 3) i'd like a tea/coffee kit in the room and maybe some snack in the minibar 4) dishes not always well-washed (especially the cups in the cafe)
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: We had a very bad experience. We have been travelling to Turkey on holidays for the last 20 years, and have never faced this. We were given a room that had absolutely rancid smell. It was apparent to us that staff knew the room was unsuitable once we complained. They tried to avoid us, but the smell was so bad, that we could not have possibly stayed in the room - it was impossible to stay there for 5 minutes, let alone overnight. We were told that there are no other rooms available, and given a garage type of room with no windows to stay overnight, as we had nowhere to go. We did enjoy the beach trying to look on the bright side of things, and the food was good. I think the reason of bad service was overcrowding, and the property in need of urgent renovation. The rooms are quite run down (the toilet was broken). The rooms look nothing like those on the pictures (unfortunately)
Cons: As I said , I love Turkey, the hospitality, and the service. However, this time, it was awful. The staff clearly new that the room was unsuitable when they checked us in. They were not nice, and not helpful. I called Booking . com in the morning, and in fairness, the staff member I spoke to was nice and helpful. We were refunded for the remaining nights and left the place. I was assured that the first night will be reimbursed to me by Booking.com, but when I called them after my return home to UK, I was told that there are no notes on the system about the refund for the first night! I was appalled. No one took the complaint about the state of the room, or state of this property seriously. I wish I had taken photos, but we were too tired after a long travel, too hot, bothered, and upset!

Pros: I like the smile of all working people , the food and drinks
Cons: No Shuttle Bus , Non English speakers

Pros: This hotel has an awesome beach and located in more or less quite place of busy resort town. We checked in on my birthday and that was so pleasantly unexpected to see a very delicious cake in the room when we came back from the beach in the evening.
Cons: There were some issues with hot water a few times, it's no problem for a grownup, but we were travelling with baby.

Pros: Really nice spot for the sea and great activities organized by hotel team.
Cons: Great for kids!

Cons: Wi fi was really really slow. It was nearly impossible to use what’s up to call family
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great experience for us. Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is great, beach is crystal clear, foods are amazing. Personal was very polite and warm. Stage shows are the best. One of the shows was just like Broadway show quality. There are a lot of activity during the days and evenings such us, archery, beach valley, air gun shoot, pool games and a lot of others. There is really large entertainment team and you always seen some of them around you to cheer you all. I strongly recommend Turkish bath and massage. It’s totally worthy what you pay. Ala cart restaurants are great we tried Pasha garden Turkish Cosine and Marin restaurant for sea food. Both of them were amazing. This hotel family friendly hotel, but you don’t need to concern if you don’t want a lot of kids scream around you. Hotel has a small aqua park for kids and this is located different area than main pool. So, most of the grown kids enjoying over there and you don’t even see and hear any of them if you like more quiet place. Main pool also two baby pool which is maximum 1 feet deep. These pools also located both sides of the main pool and since main pool is so large you will still not get bothered by any baby noises.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the place, the sea, the staff, the facilities, the animation team (especially Cjek, very friendly)the evening disco (excellent DJ and mixes) the variety of food, beautiful places to take pictures. All in all excellent, no wonder why you were fully booked when one of my friends wanted to extend his stay. Well done to you all as a team.
Cons: I wanted to check my emails as I was expecting an important message but the internet was very slow/poor. Would be really useful if there was an option for people to use internet/wifi in a particular area especially if they have to reply to important emails/ messages etc. Thank you.

7.1 Good
Pros: Affordable 5 star hotel - comfortable stay, good value for money. Great quality and variety of food. Very clean . Nice beach. It’s a good hotel for a quiet family vacation, rather than for someone looking for the parties
Cons: Customer service.... The hotel would be excellent if many of the staff were better trained in customer care... It definitely needs to be worked on, so many great staff members, but so many employees who don’t want to be there, they don’t smile and don’t care! The example of an excellent customer care would be Tolga at the reception- very friendly, always helpful and professional. Yet when he was not there - it was a nightmare to deal with Devrim at the reception - absolutely unfriendly, unprofessional and rude.

Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Everything

7.1 Good
Pros: Got upgrade to a suite ... very nice of the manager to do that....
Cons: Balcony was right on top of the kitchen therefor was impossible to be on the balcony due to smell
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location was good
Cons: The urine smells were in the rooms. It rained early in the morning and water came out from the celling we were placed in the 7th floor. We called the room services 3 times and no action was taken AT ALL and no one showed up till the check out time. At the time of check out the kept calling us every 10 minutes. I have never seen cold faces receptionists as in that hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location, facilities, food choice, swimming pool area, great seafront and entry to the sea. Comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Fridge topped up everyday. Well maintained hotel area, despite the fact that hotel would need an upgrade. Entertainment team was welcoming, evening shows were great. Close to shopping and local bars and restaurants.
Cons: We were treaded as Russians. Few members of staff spoke english. In reception just one or two people spoke english as well, we were not welcomed at all and straight implied that we are Russians. Room cleaning service wasn’t that great, especially rubbish left in a room from previous guests. Leaking air-con as well, all the carpet was wet when we checked in. How comes cleaning team did not report that? And they allowed guest to come without sorting it before? In most areas of hotel people are allowed to smoke... and what to do if you dont smoke? Despite great facilities, service was very poor.
