Pros: food quality was excellent and all staff in restaurant and around pool are extremely professional and hard working, Defiantly use Spa and there is young gentleman called ezgil I think , he is very good , women for some reason wasn't as good as him , we used spa as a group on 3 occasion, haggle the price because they will accept it

Cons: we booked it through getaroom website , age for children was 0-17, so 2 adult and 13 years old child booked 7 days for 1115.83 pounds , when we got to hotel manager was insisting that we have to pay another £350 as a their guidance was 0-12, we actually booked another room 8 days after our first booking for another room 2 adult and child age 6 and we paid £830 although the different on price because child is younger , anyway we had to pay and that left bitter taste to our holiday , hotel relation service was very poor , we went to see her (I think Ludmila) 3 times and all 3 times had to wait 5-10 min while she scrolling through her phone and smiling on whatever was there and then all 3 times lacarte restaurant was full , despite 2 times we went there at 9 she still didn't have any availability . we didn't care that much regarding lacarte restaurant but her attitude toward her position was very very poor

Pros: Staff for the most part did not bother us. Facilities were ample.

Cons: Limited communication due to limited English from staff. Inadequate explanation of facilities covered by fee, hence we only realized and enjoyed coverage toward the end of our stay. Free parking was included however I was constantly chased away and forced to park in the street.

Cons: The hotel gives us just one room card, and for a familly with 2-3 kids it s big problem

Pros: Great location and quiet rooms Huge swimming pool however was not heated

Cons: All inclusive beer pour was very slow and little glasses

Pros: A very safe and calm environment with really good/helpful staff is the most positive side of this hotel. It the most comfortable and calm place I have ever tried among all Turkish hotels. Thanks for all staff, cleaners, cookers, securities

Cons: The girl in the reception called '' Diana '' , in a situation you need help or extra explanations she is really rude and unhappy person. Rest of the staff in this hotel are nice and really helpful. In my opinion, this hotel can be perfect with better entertainment activities provided by the animation team.

Pros: Hotel was located in city center and right in the beach. Not too big or not too small.

Cons: Room was bit small.

Pros: Room was clean had everything what we needed. Location was in the center of city.

Cons: Foods are not even good. There were multiple hot dishes at lunch and dinner but they did not have quality. Snack bar was dirty and food was bad. They say they port near the beach it was true but you had to rent to stay there. Beach has stones instead of sand. Drinks, cocktails etc. didn't have quality. With given money I would expect more valuable food and drink from this hotel.

Pros: Greetings, I liked the location of the hotel, also that the beach is really good and very close. Food is great as well, lot of different types of of food and you can easily eat very healthy.

Cons: I don't like few things. First one is that when you are in room (I had a room with sea view located at level 3) you can hear all night water going through pipes, I could hear when neighbours are flushing their toilets, every time and is not funny when you want to sleep. Also I was unlucky that one of my neighbours was snoring and I could hear it very well , keep me awake, I thought in a five star hotel the sound insulation should be much better. Anyway what really annoyed me was that I left my money ( around 60-70 Turkish lira on the desk under the tv with all my stuff on that desk(phone, go pro, my wife's cosmetics etc) and when I come from breakfast the room was cleaned and money gone, not nice when they wasn't left there for tip, tried to speak with women's who clean my room, we could not understand each other so my wife told the person from the reception what happened and they asked the cleaners and their answer is they did not take nothing, funy that all the coins was still untouched. So I know for sure I left the money there and I know for sure that they was taken from my room, the way how the stuff treated the incident ruined my holiday because all the time when I was leaving the room and come back and room was cleaned I should go and check if my stuff is still in the room and not missing like my money. Is not about the quantity is about want happend and how was treated/ solved...

Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful and very thoughtful. Exceptional service! The location was wonderful, right on the beach with a walking path to stroll along the sea. The food was tasty with lots of choices.

Cons: The pool was could be a bit warmer.

Pros: Particularly like the wonderful kebabs made by Erkan at the beach .

Cons: Lack of a proper Italian coffee machine .

Cons: The reception staff know nothing , i wait one night to get the room i reserved , they let me pay more money to get my reservation , i asked for the manager and he never show up .... very bad experience.

Pros: - Good facilities and daily activities and shows through the day for adults and children. - Plenty of food and drinks available throughout the whole day that suits the majority of taste buds. - Very nice clean private beach access with amazing views and nearby water-sport office for parasailing/ jet skies etc..

Cons: - There are no elevators in most of the buildings, there are rooms on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor with no elevators, which makes it hard for families with children and elderly people. - Only very few staff speaks English, so if you don't speak "Russian OR Turkish" then you have to wait for a staff member who can speaks basic English. - Majority of the rooms have "cigarettes odour" even when you request Non-smoking room.

Pros: The entertainment program was so good

Cons: The room is old and not clean , the reception staff are so rude

Cons: The food it was every day same no changes at the food, the most higher taxi cost it have fixed it at hotel and and my room I was reserved sea view but I got garden view that’s was lower price and I have payed for sea view room but I have got garden view room.

Pros: Sea is very clean and beautiful. Hotel is near sea side. There is closed and open air park area in hotel. Hotel has nice and big garden for walking. Near hotel there are different malls. There are enough pools in hotel. Clean up team works good. Staff is friendly. Hotel food quality and taste good for me. Mr. Iskender and Mrs. Asya thanks so much for help.

Cons: There are little stones on beach, for babies it can be hard to play on the beach.

Pros: Very kind staff. Smiles everywhere Great beach and a very comfy hotel everything is around you. You don’t need to walk a lot especially with a baby, the main restaurant, pools and the beach are next to each other.

Pros: Got upgrade to a suite ... very nice of the manager to do that....

Cons: Balcony was right on top of the kitchen therefor was impossible to be on the balcony due to smell

Pros: The hotel is very clean, rooms are large, garden is nice, pool big and beautiful with all the palms around it. The hotel is directly near the beach. The towel service is superb. We loved the food here, esepecially gozleme in the stand near pool. Staff is professional. Hotel is perfectly managed.

Cons: They could speak more English than only Russian but I understand the main clientele is russian.

Pros: Location, facilities, food choice, swimming pool area, great seafront and entry to the sea. Comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Fridge topped up everyday. Well maintained hotel area, despite the fact that hotel would need an upgrade. Entertainment team was welcoming, evening shows were great. Close to shopping and local bars and restaurants.

Cons: We were treaded as Russians. Few members of staff spoke english. In reception just one or two people spoke english as well, we were not welcomed at all and straight implied that we are Russians. Room cleaning service wasn’t that great, especially rubbish left in a room from previous guests. Leaking air-con as well, all the carpet was wet when we checked in. How comes cleaning team did not report that? And they allowed guest to come without sorting it before? In most areas of hotel people are allowed to smoke... and what to do if you dont smoke? Despite great facilities, service was very poor.

Pros: Nice and clean resort. Food and sweet was good

Pros: Very nice hotel, super welcome personnel, but horrible pillows, mattress and cover. Really only one thing to improve.

Pros: Basically it’s not what I expected at all, staff are apaulling no help stook up its like they don’t want to be there and then blame us by taking it out on us, I come to get my tooth done, didn’t feel like doing anything after that customer service
