The location is fine (if you're interested in the WWI Museum). It's not downtown, nor is it in a bad neighborhood. The staff were good to me.
It's a slightly run-down hotel not far from downtown. I didn't have any problems at all, but am not sure I'd stay here again honestly. It was neither amazing nor terrible.
a roof over my head and a bed instead of the hospital lobby
They lied about most of their facility. Breakfast was maybe a three table room right by the entrance to the lobby. I booked four rooms only one had a microwave and refrigerator. I called and asked them to put them side by side. Three rooms with one empty in the middle of us, and the other down the hall. They charged my credit card for one night when I was told they wouldn't charge until I got on the premises. It wasn't the card I wasn't going to use. I just used it for inline booking.
Toilet kept overflowing. Staff response slow.
A/c was cold and bed somewhat comfy.
You haven't updated your website and there was no pool open. They still had it covered with weeds growing around it. Very disappointed!! The elevators were very old, seemed outdated and smelled of hydraulic fluid. The people at the front desk had the TV on so loud that it was hard to communicate.
Decent location. Close to most things.
Some sort of plastic wrap on the bed. Made the bed a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was a tight fit even for just one person
