Pros: The hotel is located on a small hill surrounded by nature. When you get here by train it might be the best to get a taxi, unless you don't mind walking up and down hills. We did came from the harbour and went through the tunnel were you can park your car. The rooms are very big and comfortable. You are provided with everything you may need for your stay, some sort of kimono, bathroom articles lile shampoo, race conditioner and so on. Our room had two comfortable beds a big tv (japanese only) and air con. Shower and toilet. The room was western style Staff is very welcoming and taking care of their guests, even if almost no English speaking but there is always a way to understand each other. You can rent e-bikes (the area has many steep streets even with this bikes could be exhausting) at the reception and there is also a room for playing table tennis. A traditional bath (naked) is included and men and women are separated. The food at the restaurant is very good and you get seated and right away your menu. No need to order anything or fight your way through a Japanese menu. It is very delicious and plenty. You can get soft drinks for free or order some drinks (not sure about options we never ordered) At the resort you have to climb some stairs since there is no elevator.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly. The place was nice and modern, much better than we expected for the price. It was very comfortable. We will definitely come here again!

Cons: The only downside is there is no elevator, which in fact would have been totally fine with me if I didn't have a broken toe!

Pros: Set on a golf course it is hard to understand how this hotel has fallen into such poor repair. It was clean enough and beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Pros: staffs are very friendly even though their English is not good, they try to help us in any possible ways, We met a big typhoon on the first day we arrived at the resort. That night was very horrible, all shops at downtown closed very early. At midnight, my hubby found there was water leaking in the window side cos of the big wind and big rain. The carpet 1/3 was wet. Next day, the staffs change the room to us immediately.

Pros: Set on a golf course it is hard to understand how this hotel has fallen into such poor repair. It was clean enough and beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Cons: The shuttle bus wasn’t available to pick us up from the station. No bars or cafes were open the night we stayed. We could have had a full dinner but we had lunched and only wanted something light. The bar was closed for a private function so we had to use the vending machine for drinks and only had pretzels and crisps for dinner. The remoteness meant there was no alternative
