The concierge was excellent at recommending places to go and directions and helpful information to avoid the protesters - can't remember his name but his badge said he was in training - first class customer service! :)

The club room was lovely and very plush but the the club floor was a disappointment, very few customers and lots of staff making lots of mistakes
The staff in club were very ineffective, orders lost, wrong orders delivered. Lots of staff and very few guests but very slow service. We waited over two hours for ice and had to chase for ice three times.
