Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to public transport, shops, and attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing and travel. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, old facilities, and unpleasant odors. Room size is often described as very small, especially for more than one person. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others report poor housekeeping and unhelpful responses. Value for price is debated, as some appreciate the budget rates and upgrades, but others feel the experience does not match the cost due to the poor conditions.

Pros-location is great. Aircon and fridge worked. Hot water and shower was good. Staff were friendly. Negatives-small rooms. I had a queen room and was ok for myself. The queen bed was 2x singles pushed together and the were different heights. Mattresses hard as a rock. I probably wouldn't go back.

Pros (+) Location. Friendly staff. Great price.
Cons (-) Rooms tiny, just bigger than the bed. Hotel had a very unpleasant smell. Shower water split into bathroom.
