Customer service was second to none, so many lovely staff that were so helpful and attentive!
Check in and check out both took too long. Also I was travelling with a baby and pram no ramps into the hotel. However staff did help carry the pram in. The baby change area was also up stairs which is very challenging. Room service was also extremely expensive.
The breakfast was good
Staff were great and the bars and restaurants were incredible.
Nothing. Hotel is perfect.
The massages in the spa were wonderful and the staff went out of their way to make my birthday special. The bed was divine.
The hotel wanted us to pay for wifi!! We were told the 'package' we had didn't include it. But they waived it. In this day and age charging for wifi is outrageous.
