Pros:The car and staff was greatCons:The process of getting and dropping off the car was not easy. Signage for drop off is not clear nor was instructions and there was no attendant to help. The cost was far more than originally anticipated. Not worth the price when you account for fuel and tolls.Reviewed 12 Aug 2019

Helpful but kinda felt a over a barrel...Pros:Ended up liking the car we had althought an SUV in Europe is a little large when it comes to finding parking.Cons:My fault we missed out check in time by a about 3+ hours and were informed only hold car for 2 hours. And said had no cars. Felt offered most expensive car on lot with not a lot of help, kind of take it or leave it. Felt a little held over a barrel. Usually don’t rent from hertz so had no relationship so that may have hurt a little too.Reviewed 23 Sep 2018

Rental car in Spain.Pros:The car was a Fiat 500 hatchback and was an excellent car, especially for the price. It was a manual transmission so may have been a little less expensive but I enjoyed the driving. If you are not comfortable with a manual, because of the hills and need to squeeze into and out of parking, you may want to get an automatic transmission. The only problem with driving in Spain is the fuel prices are 2x the price in the states and, if you want to get from one city to the next quickly, you need to pay very high tolls. A GPS is a must if you don’t understand the language. The roads are a true maze.Reviewed 7 Jun 2018
