Use to stay in a Staybridge in Texas and they had a guy running an omelette Buffett in the morning and honestly, that was a huge reason why I always chose that hotel. To start my day with a fresh, healthy omelette was fantastic. May want to consider this as an option to differentiate yourself from all of the “ just like you” hotel breakfasts

Pros: Very good free laundry room, ok gym and small pool. They did put on a free ‘social supper’ in the evening which was a nice touch. Breakfast was pretty standard but a couple of healthier options than than the usual fare.
Cons: Aircon was very loud and a train track goes right past the hotel, when one passes through there’s a loud horn and a 10 minute mini earthquake! Trains didn’t seem to come through all night though.

Cons: The tub was so slippery I fell and hit my head off the toilet when made it take me longer to get out of my room due to the pain in my knees and head and I’m pretty sure I was In a handicap cap room cause the bar in the shower, when the front desk called she asked said the housekeeper would like to know when your getting out. Wow I explained after swimming I fell and it was taking me longer she was not concerned .plus I always let my kids take a muffin in the morning to have when they are done swimming and I asked first she said it was ok and then I watched her hide the bags. So I asked her for them and she said rudely well there’s napkins. Well excuse me I moved to Missoula and visit great falls now but I’m thinking about switching up hotels. Even the breakfast was different seemed a lot less than normal. For it being the day after the 4th you’d think you’d have something for the guest. Also the room was 53 degrees when we checked in

Seems incredibly unfair to me! We gave her a tip every morning and she was very surprised and grateful. We've stayed at other hotels in Great Falls where the breakfasf room staff had tip jars so I don't understand why HIE doesn't. Was very disappointed in this respect but otherwise our stay was excellent.

Pros: I accidentally booked the wrong date. I showed up and the staff was very kind in helping me to get a room even though there was a big line behind me. After riding 1000 miles on a motorcycle I was very happy they made the extra effort to help.
Cons: This was the best stop on my trip. I wish the other hotels could have been as good as this stay. I really don't have anything bad I can say. They set such a high bar that the next Comfort Suites I stayed in Great Falls Montana could not come close to comparing.

Cons: It was a basic room . When booked the room it said breakfast included. But I was made to choose between points or breakfast. Did not eat the breakfast number one they had a server for basic breakfast that most places serve you self and the first thing she said who’s much it cost before we sat down. So we didn’t even eat there. The beds and the pillows where sub par I had three pillows and they here all flat even when you put them together the bed was a foam mattress but it was not a good one. The tv was kinda small and was difficult to use you had to select the input.

Pros: I was greeted promptly at the front desk. As I was traveling with my dogs, they very kindly gave us a room right next to the stairs so we could come and go easily. I never heard any of the other guests. The room was large and well appointed. Definitely clean! The linens were very nice, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The cooling system worked very well (although a tad noisy, it acted as white noise and helped me sleep). I really appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. Be aware that the property has a directly attached Perkins Restaurant, so it can be a little disorienting locating it at night.
Cons: Being downtown, the neighborhood felt a little sketchy (in fairness, that’s just a feeling and not the result of any actual occurrence), and, because of the location, there weren’t a lot of grassy areas for walking my dogs. The property is not very accessible—I have arthritis in my knees so the stairs were a bit of a challenge after a long day of driving. The bathroom was a smidge narrow for my taste.

Cable channels/TV settings - I wish there had been a few more channels available, but for the price what was there was acceptable. The video image did not fit the screen for most channels I viewed. I tried adjusting the TV settings to get the picture to fit the screen aspect ratio, but no dice. I think you need to contact your cable provider and have them make a service call on your facility. Have them adjust the master cable box... or whatever it is, and then CHECK THE SETTINGS BY GOING TO A ROOM AND LOOKING AT THE ACTUAL PICTURE AS FIT TO THE SCREEN FOR ALL THE CHANNELS. For almost every channel I viewed either part of the image was cut off (this is highly annoying on a sports channel where there's a box with the scores, etc. at the bottom or an on-screen box with the game info in it... but half of it is off-screen) or the whole image was there with black areas top and bottom of the screen squeezing the image to a narrow strip. NOTE: almost every channel broadcast nowadays is in the 16:9 aspect ratio, so if the master cable feed is set to that picture shape and the TVs in the rooms are set to either 16:9 or Auto, the picture should fill the screen edge-to-edge.

Cons: The signage for the hotel was not prominent enough. We had to circle back and hunt block by block. Also, the housekeeping staff did not come to our room for the second day of our stay, leaving garbage cans full and towels unchanged. We were not happy.

Cons: The hotel is pretty aged and staff not very welcoming..we also found a hypodermic needle in our room behind the dresser. When reported to reception they merely said ok thanks. Which was slightly offputting.

Pros: Bed was hard asked to switch rooms . Sheets looked like they were slept in and re made. Hair in bathtub. Blow dryer did not work.. . .
Cons: Let me switch rooms .. could have gave me a dis count on my room. But did not even offer .

Pros: Reasonably priced.
Cons: Lots of vehicles coming into the parking lot and looking around at the parked cars then leaving. Way too much traffic in the parking lot for a normal hotel. Don’t know what was happening but I didn’t like it. In the end though, we had no problems.

Pros: It was cleaner than the last super8. It's fine if you're just passing through because it was relatively inexpensive.
Cons: The breakfast was a little disappointing. The last super 8 we stayed in had hard boiled eggs. In general I think this place is pretty run down. It was fine as we were just passing through and the room was much better than the last super 8, but that's a pretty low bar to set because there was literal vomit on the curtains and the whole place smelled like weed at the last one.

Pros: Continental breakfast...nothing there for any health minded person. As a minimum hard boiled eggs would have been nice.
Cons: Not a single electrical outlet in the room could hold my plugins for charging tablet, phone, etc. The outlets are so worn the plugs simply fell out.

Pros: Hand to everything we needed to do
Cons: The pillows were severely substandard, the should have been trashed months ago
