Pros (+) our flight was very late, we arrived to find lobby closed, with nunscceptabke to keavfeo way to stay there. they didnt answer their phone, or leave us a key. they didnt even answer their phone the next morning. I should be refunded!!
Cons (-) unacceptable for a hotel to ckose before sttending to a orepsid grandmother and her grandson!! no one should go there. Exono Lodge has 24 hour lobby, a pool, and nice accomodations. you should remive Greystone from your offerings

Pros (+) New touches like bedspreads, gas fireplace, fresh laminate flooring were nice. Otherwise this is a VERY basic hotel with little to no amenities in a questionable location.
Cons (-) Bathroom was very tiny, outdated & poorly functioning. Water sprayed everywhere and tub didn't drain and you couldn't bring anything in the bathroom with you; would not be comfortable for 2 friends traveling because here is no privacy for getting dressed. Location is a bit unnerving too, it felt unsafe here. No privacy lock on the room doors.

Pros (+) The style of the hotel and rooms was modern, loved it. The front desk was extremly courteous. Very great price for such a clean and modern room.
Cons (-) It did not have a pool, breakfast, or fitness room, but I didn't mind because I know the price probably would've been higher if that was the case.
