Pros (+) I like that I finally got to check in at 3:30 half an hour after check in time.
Cons (-) When I got the key it was still being cleaned supposedly, however the room wasn't cleaned properly. The next morning I was called by the front desk prior to check out time to ask if I was checking out. When I get down to the desk to check out the employee said oh good we need that room. Must have been a VIP comming in because they didn't do that for me and my reservation.
