In the days of COVID so many hotels seem to have embraced the idea that they can just do away with the extra amenities in the interest of making everyone safe. The Best Western Plus Riverfront has an adapted way of doing things without eliminating everything. Plus, with the exception of one person, everyone at the facility was extremely friendly and upbeat.
The shower design causes a lot of water to come out onto the floor if you’re not extra careful.

Some of the rudest staff I've ever seen for a hotel. Not only did we get treated poorly I felt but the front desk people were highly rude,( learn to watch your language around kids as well). I used to stay the before the change to Best Western for work several times a year. Sad to say I will never stay there again or let any of my staff stay there. I will pay any amount for another hotel who can treat their guests right.
The staff was happy, attentive, comfortable folks who went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one. The place itself was well appointed and comfortable.
