Hotel Mimosa

The animation team was excellent, the bartenders very nice persons. Hello Vesko, Vasko, Pascale, Nadia and Ola.

Every day is the same food, good but the same, bathroom was for 2 stars, only few TV programs , most of them from rusia amd Bulgaria, only TVR International for Romania.

We liked the way people treated us, the well cooked meals (especially your pancakes), that there were a lot of fruits and various kinds of food. We liked the pool very much, we think it is the best pool in Golden Sands. Still, it would be very nice if you could warm up the water inside the pool :-) And your entertainment team is really funny.

I didn't like that the staff gave us no materials to find out about the facilities the hotel has. For example, we found now, after we arrived home, that we could have played tennis inside the hotel. Nobody showed us where the snaks serve or that there is an outdoor restaurant.

Big room, the swiming pools, the animation program

The quality of the food could be improved ( especially in the morning) the lack of parking places and in the absence of the hair-dryer ( not specific for a 4 stars hotel)
