The hotel consist of two buildings - six and seven floors and total 294 double rooms, 18 appartments, 6 studios, 7 single rooms. COOEE Mimosa Sunshine Hotel offers also a clasical restaurant, one bulgarian restaurant "Yaroslavtsi", a Lobby bar, poolbar, "Daiquiri" bar, COOEE bar, two open area pools, one in - dooor pool with gym area. The Hotel has an animation team to entertain the guests during the day with social games and in the evening time with show programs. For children the hotel offers two children pools, kids club and animation. "Mimosa Wellnes & SPA" center offers hairdresser, manicure, face treatments, diferent spa procedures.
