Cons: I was told that their computer wouldn’t receive payment from my debit card I used to pay for the room. I got on my bank account app on my phone and it showed that money was taken out and paid to Comfort Inn. The staff still said that it’s shows I owed for the night I stayed. Even though I showed them on my phone where Comfort Inn was paid. I couldn’t get a receipt because it showed I still owed or the night. They said they would email me one after they figure out he computer problem. Still haven’t received one yet!!!

Cons: We liked everything. The only reason we gave a less than 4 stars for Facilities is that there was no furniture on the patio outside the pool area. So we had to temporarily move the set from inside by the pool. Add a couple sets of tables and chairs outside and it's 4 stars from us!

Cons: We had a neighboring room for one day that seemed to think he could smoke in his room without impacting our room which was connected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean, great breakfast!
Cons: Nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: This motel is clean and the beds are comfy. The staff is always friendly. We stay here several times a year when we are in the area. The breakfast is sufficient for a continental breakfast. The coffee is always hot and I love the infused water in the lobby.
Cons: I dislike that they charge $1.50 for a safe charge. Is it a huge deal, no. Do I ask them to remove the charge from my card every time, yes. I don’t use your safe and I I’ll never use your safe. I feel this is a ridiculous charge and it should never be in a bill. How much money do these hotels make by charging $1.50 every day for people that don’t use the safe? 50 rooms a night (being conservative) times $1.50 times 7 days a week, $525 a week is a pretty good profit if you ask me on a weekly basis for something that is rarely used. The staff always removes the charge but how many people don’t ask for it to be removed because it’s $1.50. We travel a lot for our kids sports. It adds up if we are charged this every time we stay somewhere. Why not charge a guest if they actually use the safe? Make them pay if they ask for the code to the safe. I find it kind of sneaky because most people either don’t notice or think oh, it’s only $1.50. I will stay at this location in the future but hate that charge, so Yes I will ask for it to be refunded everytime.

Pros: Good location off I-90, easy access, attractive, nice room, comfortable beds.
Cons: A family hotel with pool and hot tub. As a consequence lots of activity in the hallways - so kind of loud in the late evening with hallway traffic - kids yelling, conversations and door knocking and doors slamming. It ceased by 11:00 so not a bad deal.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Cockroach on the floor, giant hairs on shower curtain.
6.0 Good
Pros: This hotel was clean, and they gave you a complementary beverage coupon that included wine or beer.
Cons: The air condtioning unit in our room began making a horrific noise that would wake us up in the night beginning just after 1:00am and kept it up all night long. My husband and I could not hear each other talk, we had to yell to hear one another.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel layout
Cons: The pillows on beds are too stiff at all Best Westerns
1.0 Poor

Pros: Loved how quiet and clean it was
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable, easy access off Hwy, large area in back for trucks with long trailers, good breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Tidy rooms. Amenities as expected. Did not get to see pool/jacuzzi
Cons: Stairs up or down to our rooms. Not described and should be. Water for showers was not hot enough but manager handled it adequately for us
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location was very convenient
Cons: The room was so dirty & old! The boxsprings did not have skirts or anything & were covered in bad stains. Mold around the wall A/C unit, stains on the carpets, bathroom floor didn't look like it had been cleaned. It stank like wet stale carpet . Staff was mostly dismissive. Breakfast is always a nice touch but there's is certainly the cheapest possible; tiny frozen pastries, juice that isn't actually juice, and some cereal.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were friendly and curious. It was an old motel, however it was very clean. Flooring looked like it has recently been replaced.
Cons: The bedding was old and needs to be replaced sheets were not soft enough for me. I am guessing, but I think the thread count was less than 100. The mattress was also old and needs to be updated.
7.5 Good
Pros: The welcome. The staff were great.
Cons: Very limited breakfast which we were clearly too late in getting to in spite of being within the scheduled time period. Just the number of hunters using the hotel I guess. My advice - Be up early for first come, first served.

Pros: Room was comfortable, the pet fee for a dog was very reasonable, beds were comfortable although pretty bouncy, booking online got us free breakfast in the attached restaurant, and the coffee's nice and strong.
Cons: We overshot a bit on the heater in the room and then couldn't figure out how to cool it off again - had to just leave the door open for a while. That's our fault but climate control really shouldn't be that hard to understand.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location! Obviously has been refurbished recently, not to any glitzy standard, but it’s clean and comfortable. Interior entrance rooms rather than motel style, which I much prefer.
Cons: There was a laundry room, but it only had one machine that was in constant use.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice. The location was convenient. It was quiet.
Cons: Unfortunately this hotel did not meet expectations. The entry was stark and uninviting. The hallways smelled like smoke. The beds were slumped, squeaky, old and you could actually feel the bed springs. The mesh covering the air vent on the A/C was broken and the air vent had pebbles on the inside, possibly picked up from the parking lot.
6.0 Good
Cons: queen beds would have been much better than the 2 double beds
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was great and it was easy to get on and off the interstate.
Cons: on the day we checked out we lost the TV. Check out was 11 and about 10 the TV lost signal and didn't come back on before we left at 10:45 Not sure what this was all about but we were not happy about it.

Front desk was phenominal and extremely helpful and courteous. She knew the location of the restaurant I wanted to eat at and she helped me find it. She was awesome!!!
