7.9 Good
Pros: Facilities were nice, clean and pleasant. Staff was welcoming and provided us with complimentary treats during our stay
Cons: Tv was not working so we tried to call front desk. The phone was unhooked. When we were finally able to connect it, we dialed 0 but could not get through. We had to call f&b to request them to transfer us. But no one was answering as well. We were only able to call the following day. We also wanted our sheets to be changed because it reeked of a wet, undried smell. We also had trouble with the en suite bathroom as the plug for the hair dryer could not be used without switching back off.
7.9 Good
Pros: This is indeed a beautiful and relaxing place to be! My kids loved the heated pools and wished they could stay longer.
Cons: However, i think that the price must be more at par with the hotel’s amenities. Wifi and phone was erratic... plus the Smart TV can’t be used for its feature. It is locked to cable channels. Also, rice is overpriced. It is php113 per cup which i think is too much knowing that the country’s agricultural workers are not getting paid right for the rice they produce.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb! I was really blown away by the amenities as well as the rooms. The lunch/dinner options were a bit limited and pricey but tastes superb!
Cons: There was a faulty outlet in the room we stayed in. Also, the stairs going to the upper rooms are not PWD or senior-citizen friendly. Location was a bit off the main malls in the city.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view and location is perfect. My family wants to come back. The reception staff gave us their best. Mr guard at the entrance has exceptional greeting giving everyone a smile.
Cons: The Chef could have tasted the Salmon sinigang before serving to us. Tasting, ensures no one gets pissed of of the food. My stomach churned due to saltiness and sourness. We asked hot water to remedy the unpleasant soup but too late, my hunger had disappeared. We hope the Chef learns this lesson which is so basic.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I have always loved Anya for its design, location and quality
Cons: Each time i come back. The property seems to lose a part of its original glory. The tub which was well heated the first time i came. Doesnt even come close now. The water is always warm or close to cold even after several requests to have it fixed. Internet has also fallen to a sorry state. Same as the batch of staff now. The staff that were there during my first stay were a lot friendlier and knew what they were doing Brought my family to enjoy but I feel bad about the amount i spent compared to how happy and proud i should have been in bringing them there Considering not returning for a 4th time now.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I informed the staff beforehand that it was my mother’s birthday and they went above and beyond to accommodate my request!! She had such an amazing experience. I personally had no difficulty booking the place and getting responses when I reached out to the resort :) so impressed that I will suggest guests stay at Anya for my sister’s upcoming tagaytay wedding
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We loved the food (you get a free breakfast every day) the rooms, which were immaculate, the landscaping, which was beautiful and clean, and most especially the staff! They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel really special, from the front desk staff all the way down to house keeping and gardeners. Everything was amazing! Thank you so much Anya for an amazing experience! We'll definitely be back!
Cons: The room service and laundry service was over priced in my opinion, and they have a rule of no outside food on the premises, which means you have to eat out or in their restaurant for every meal, which can get really expensive, especially if you are staying for a long time like we did.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room is homy and bed is comfy. Enjoyed the heated pool a lot.
Cons: We arrived a little late than the standard check in time, but the room was not ready yet.

7.0 Good
Pros: Daily wine and cheese/milk and cookies were a nice personal touch to service. Thank you!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything, cleanliness and convenience.
Cons: I was confused about the breakfast. We booked for a room with a complimentary breakfast, but the waiter told us that the ala carte menu for the breakfast will be billed separately, in the end, it was really free. And no bathrobes was provided.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were courteous and accommodating. Never felt so welcomed by any other hotel. The cookies and milk is just icing on the cake. I normally do not review my stays in hotels but i just had to for this one. It was the best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is so spacious. The staff is very accomodating.
6.7 Good
Pros: Room is cozy
Cons: The noise from the road
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hotel and staff food facilities beyond my expectations, I cannot day enough about how fab this hotel is and it’s amazing amazing staff , they go above and beyond to make you welcome , feel at Hime and their customer service is first class , I would highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff , honestly speaking it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at and the eggs Benedict are to die for
Cons: I absolutely loved everything about this hotel
6.0 Good
Pros: We stayed at the Siam room, thai malaysian themed decor. The jacuzzi was right infront of our room so it's like our private jacuzzi overlooking taal lake. Bed was comfortable, we were served wine and cheese around 5pm. Milk and cookies at the evening.
Cons: 1st- the bathroom door wouldn't even close. Clearly they need to change the side knobs it was already rusty. 2nd- fire alarm goes off at 3am. Apparently just in our room. We complained the next day and no explanation was given. They were surprised because the alarm controls were inside an office or something. 3rd- Breakfast- their menu was not well thought of. Was expecting to be served atleast 1 variand of a typical Filipino breakfast. Fish fingers and dried beef stroganoff was a little bit hard to eat in the morning. We paid wayyyy more than the usual price since it was the holiday season so I expected more. Super disappointed. We stayed in another resort the following day and that was cheaper and wayyy more exceptional than Discovery. Clearly time has caught up with Discovery... there are newer and better places to stay in Tagaytay now.

Pros: All of the things there.. thank you u for having us.. it was definitely amusement..
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: A kid friendly hotel. There are lots of activities you can do within the hotel, no need to go oustide
Cons: The rooms are a bit dated. Also, the pillow was not enough.
7.5 Good
Pros: The activities provided by the hotel
Cons: Misled booking. What i booked was a de luxe room with two beds and veranda. What the hotel gave me was a room without veranda. Apparently not all deluxe rooms have verandas. They should indicate that during booking so that the customer will not expect
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location great for family with kids, outdoor activities, mini zoo that you can do animal feeding , bon fire , outdoor movie night, Big spacious room , all employees that great you with smile
9.6 Excellent
Pros: There were a lot of activities for kids - movie night by the pool, bonfire complete with marshmallow roasting, animal feeding, horseback riding, swimming, etc! My kids loved it there!
Cons: The playground was a bit dirty and the bottled water in the ref wasn’t free — most hotels usually give complimentary bottled water so I thought they did too!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It has been a yearly Christmas tradition to stay at Hotel Kimberly and every year their facilities and services keep on getting better. The staff is like family to us as we see them every year. Great family hotel.
Cons: Hope it stays affordable
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were nice and accomodating
Cons: The cool ambience! Peaceful and tranquil
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is really good. Loved the unique idea of Cut your own tea making breakfast an activity on its own, coffee was perfect, scrambled egg was yummy. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Activities were family friendly and fresh. Customer service was very well managed. Room and facilities were clean.
Cons: Beds need improvement. It was quite hard for us. The balcony was flooded though I do not know where the water came from. Horseback riding was quite expensive and anti-climactic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service is top notch. The room and facilities are clean. The food is good with a wide selection of breakfast items. There are different activities for all members of the family.
Cons: We love Hotel Kimberly but there is some room for improvement. The premier family room that we stayed in didn’t have a universal socket for plugs other than the US flat-type plug. Or at least have a USB socket to charge mobiles or tablets. Also, it would be great to have a spa, instead of just in-room massage.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location. Amazing view. Home comforts.
Cons: Food could be better.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved the view from our spacious room. Great breakfast (which they can bring to your room), friendly staff, and amazing location. It's right beside Qi Wellness too if you're looking for a spa to go to and relax.
Cons: We had a bit of an unpleasant experience in the room because of the very very strong scent of the pillows and the comforter.. The scent was so strong (not sure if it was due to the fabric softener or spray used) that we got headaches. The staff quickly changed the pillows when we requested and apologized, but the scent stayed in the room even after that. We had to sleep with the balcony door open and with the AC turned off (luckily it was a chilly night) to sort of aerate it...
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent And views were superb
Cons: We had no electricity for 6 hours - I would have expected them to reduce the rate for the night due to this inconvenience as they knew in advance
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Relaxing and clean and quite.
Cons: Not enough parking and they don’t serve food at night.
7.1 Good
Pros: The rooms were lovely. Great view.
Cons: The location is a little out of the way. You need to catch a jeepney to get anywhere.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the staff, the breakfast, the location, the view.
Cons: None.

7.0 Good
Pros: I like the location, Breakfast and room space and view.
Cons: The front Desk who checked me in was not as pleasant and considerate. I had a big family and we booked 3 big rooms and requested to have these rooms near or connecting but these were not considered.
7.1 Good
Pros: Everything you need is inside the hotel and you can enjoy your stay without worrying anything.
Cons: The pool close at 6 PM.
6.7 Good
Pros: We like the view of taal volcano/lake. The breakfast was ok.
Cons: The hotel room that we got is old.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location. Great views. Staff was VERY friendly and professional. Lawrence remembered our coffee preference after our first day, nice touch. Spa was great and well-priced.
Cons: It is probably the nicest hotel in the area, but compared to hotels outside of the area/country it is not the best. Food was not great, chicken was dry, bacon did not taste like bacon, hash browns had a weird/old oily taste. Room/bathroom smelled a bit like sewage. Bed was very hard/firm. Pillows very thick/firm. Pool closed early.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel location, room size and amenities
Cons: NA
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: The view
Cons: Shower room gets flooded when you use them. The hotel is not handicap friendly. They only have one elevator for the whole hotel guest and staffs use the same elevator.
6.5 Good
Pros: Most of the staff were great, many of them remembering our name by the second week which added a personal touch. The location is great, with public transport easily accessible as were nearby restaurant and shops.
Cons: Room was dirty when we first got there (dust on shelves and floor), had to keep asking for a hand towel almost every day, which was taken away for cleaning despite leaving it on the towel rack. Food a little bit on the expensive side, but plenty of good restaurants close by.

Pros: Comfy beds..
Cons: While waiting at the reception area to check out the staff has started cleaning our room but didn’t tell us that our phone charger was left at the rm..
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The garden.. i also like the color of the rooms inside and outside...very pleasant to the eyes
Cons: Lack of microwave oven.. so that we could reheat some food like pizza...i think it is necessary...just like any hotel or lodge inn..
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was not loud like most others Tagaytay places on the main road, good Breakfast, good staff
Cons: Too close to the electricity plant looked a little scary
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Quiet & peaceful location, accommodating staff, great breakfast selections & most importantly, pets are welcome! Lots of space for them to play. Pet-friendly accommodations always make traveling with our pets a lot easier & more enjoyable.
Cons: No gate to the highway so we had to keep our dogs on a leash at all times in fear of them accidentally running to the street while playing or chasing a cat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was still so delicious.. Spacious room and smells clean and comfy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: i liked that it was near a supermarket and just walking distance to skyranch. everything you need is just a walk away. since it is a long weekend, there are lots of people coming, having restaurants just a walk away is an advantage. the garden is nice, you can lounge around the patio, having breakfast, enjoying the sunlight and light cool breeze, while the dogs are sniffing in the garden.
Cons: its location also had its downsides. since its near a mall, the noise is disturbing. you can hear the mall's exhaust fans running in the middle of the night. it is also adjacent to an electric company, so you have an excellent view of the towers.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Not much of a view for the room I booked.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Ambiance, cleanliness and beddings.
Cons: No rugs in the room esp in the bathroom. No trash bins.

8.4 Excellent (873 reviews)

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and an elevator. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
6.0 Good
Pros: The pine trees preserved at the area
Cons: Limited facilities. Shuttle service within the area specifically the pool area has time limit and is not good for the guests who will take breakfast first before exploring the facilities. Not also satisfied with the breakfast buffet servings. Slow internet connection.
1.0 Poor
Cons: My family's expectation of quality vacation, considering the cost or pricing in Crosswinds is a BIG failure! Upon arrival, you are issued only one key card. Even if one of the unit i took is a 2-br suite wc is for 4 pax. The roll-up curtains do not work. The hot & cold shower is cold & cold. The aircon in the master’s bedroom of UG-I was constantly malfunctioning. The BREAKFAST BUFFET is a big let down! The food is blah! There is no "service". And if ever there was an available waiter, he would be unkempt appearance-wise. I even overheard one of the guests saying that they were so undermanned she saw the security guard washing dishes to keep pace with the volume of guests to be serviced! Once the food runs out, there is no more re-filling. And to top it all - there is a big wasp on the salad! I took a photo as proof! They give breakfast for only two on a four occupant unit. And dont be misled on a low priced advertisement. Once you check out and they add the "Tax" that is when you find out how much costly is the total bill. My P74,000. advertised rate became P91,000. on payment time! And don’t expect wi-fi when you could hardly get a signal! Their only saving grace are the hotel staff who are apologetic for the hotel shortcomings and accommodating specially Security Guard Vidallon who wheeled my heavily-pregnant daughter-in-law aaaall the way to the hilly road to go to the breakfast buffet area inspite of the drizzle. And he would run to assist me going up and down the lobby stairs as I am a 76 year-old woman using a cane. Admirable employee! But still our 5D & 4N stay is our first and last!
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view and staff courteousness
Cons: The wifisignal is really bad- cannot connect at all inside the room. You have to go to the lobby to get a wifi connection. The food is another one - its lacking variations and its serving is not so pleasing (foods are not warm enough)The breakfast schedule is from 6am. We went there at around 630am and it is still closed. The staff informed us there was nocooked food yet. As much as I appreciate the cooperation of the staff by refunding the breakfast rate since we were not able to avail it, as an establishment, they should stick to their schedule as clients made travel plans as well.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was a great value
Cons: No wifi access.. the food for breakfast wasnt good. Dining area was not well cleaned. Only 2 waiters were available not enough to attend to the needs of the guests
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Positives: great property...when you're inside crosswinds, it's like you're not in the Phils. our room was great as well, very comfy and has all that we need. Check-in/out was fast, staff are friendly
Cons: Negatives: few choices for breakfast. did not refill anymore at around 9am even there are more guests coming in, so you have to make do of what's left, which is quite disappointing. the road from the gate to hotel at night is very dark, with very few lamp posts.
7.9 Good
Pros: The property's selling point is the location. It is situated in a peaceful surrounding with a lot of pine trees and cold breeze that is really relaxing. It is a great place to retreat from the stressful life in the city. The rooms are really spacious and has balconies that helps people get the feel of the outdoors. The rooms also has complete utilities for cooking, really perfect for staying in and just enjoying the company of family and friends.
Cons: The hotel staff can be a little hesitant in providing help for simple requests like cooking oil or ice. Also the breakfast can be improved with the variety of the food available and the timing of its preparation.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Weather and only the weather was good during our stay.
Cons: First, the wifi of the hotel is not accesible. Knowing globe and other couriers are not accesible at the area they should have fixed at least the wifi to make it possible for guests to communicate with their families outside the town. Second, aircon inside the room is not functioning because of the ice that clogged the front portion of the ac. Lastly, breakfast buffet is so disappointing. No food served as early as 8am. Waiters are playing deaf. Nobody to request assistance from. You should not have offered buffet if your breakfast buffet team can not refill and check the food every minute. Your crew should be at least cautious and sensitive if food is available to your guests. Even the coffee has no sugar served. So what I ate was just pinch of rice and 3 pcs of mushroom. Not even half of the 488 worth of buffet.
1.0 Poor
Cons: overall service and mantainance of place

Cons: The heater in the washroom is quite unstable. We had a difficult time dealing with it because the controller is quite unstable.
9.6 Excellent

Cons: Nothing...

4.2 Okay
Cons: Worst staycation ever! The door was broken. They called up someone from the Maintenance but when we returned, we can’t use our keycards anymore. The tiles were broken also. It would have been better if the rooms are soundproof coz we can hear the people outside talking loudly. We can also hear the water flowing from the fountain at the lobby, the dogs barking outside and the kids running at the playarea. The playarea should have been situated at the corner far from the rooms. Not good value for money.

Cons: Our bed had stains.

Cons: Same as on all hotels in Philippines, its not much maintenance of the rooms. No nice to have restaurant in basement without windows
7.1 Good
Pros: stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding nearby. we’ve been upgraded to a deluxe room maybe due to unavailability of the supposed room(with 2 single beds) that i booked. bedroom itself was clean but bathroom was a bit old, had a hard time adjusting water temp from the shower and smells mouldy. beef tapa breakfast is good. staffs are polite and helpful. overall, hotel is not that expensive so, don’t expect too much.

Pros: Our stay was excellent with a good room, good service and good views from our room.
Cons: When making the booking, booking dot com said the terms were payment on arrival. 6.3 Good
Pros: Ambiance & pool.
Cons: Limited food to offer. No landline to use for food delivery.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Ambience, location, receptionist was nice.
Cons: Just wish that the pool is heated so guests could still enjoy it during cold days. Also could add more massage therapists to cater to all the guests.

7.1 Good
Pros: I booked for our wedding anniversary, We like the bed, very soft and comfortable we had a good night’s sleep. :) The staff are really nice, courteous, friendly, all smiles everytime they see us. We liked the massage except for the oil
Cons: Breakfast is limited, not buffet and took them a little while to serve the food. I remember i requested for some anniversary deco on our room but they did not do it. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I like the location- it’s peaceful for those who want to ralax and unwind. They have a pool which i think is useful during summer season. The bed is comfortable and rooms are clean.
Cons: We had a hard time coming in and out of the property -the gate was closed and the guard was always sound asleep to open the gate. And there’s no front desk during late night/early morning check out -the guard will call the front desk for you if you have concerns or if you’ll check out early cause nobody’s answering. But i still love the place though. I just hope they’ll do something about this matter.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Massage they offer to their guest.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent

3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The room #11 is really very small for a couple.. you rarely cannot move that you go on shoulder to shoulder when moving..the toilet and bath is only good for asean people and not for Europeans, American and the like.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: This was our second time at Eco. The first time was amazing. The second time was more memorable. We visited the hotel on Monday, February 25th, to celebrate my birthday. The check in process was quick and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very cute and chic. The pillows and linens felt clean and very well put together. The ac was a bit dirty and noisy but nothing serious. It was tolerable. The thing that bothered us was the noise from the outside. You could hear the vehicles passing by. I hope they could do something about the noise. Perhaps, a sound proof window or thicker windows maybe would suffice. Nonetheless, the experience we we had was memorable and I can’t wait to back again. And oh, we decided to extend another day and since it was my bday they let me pay the standard room but allowed us to stay in the same room which was the Garden View suite. So, that was awesome!
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Bathroom and sink is clogged. Free breakfast is expensive and its not that good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, big servings and yummy. They upgraded our room to family room for free because there was a mixed up with our booking. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. I love that it is indeed a pet friendly hotel. They allow pets to roam around the lobby area and play with other pets. The location is great. Just across the Ayala mall and beside restaurants. Parking in front of the hotel is limited but you can always park at the back that has a wider parking area. The taal view from the roof deck where welcome drinks and breakfast are served is breathtaking. The hotel amenities are every simple but because of the staffs, the convenience, comfort and most of all because they allow pets in the room without question, for me, the rate is reasonable.
Cons: The gate at the back is a bit difficult to open. It's hard to reach the handle 'coz you have to insert your hand in the screen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome homey feel and very pet friendly hotel. They can even provide a bed for you pet in case you forget to bring
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean and cozy, nice staff, very affordable and great location
Cons: No shower curtains so the floor in front of the toilet gets wet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are great. The dog, blue, is really cute. The place is very cozy and I like the part where you are free to hangout in the rooftop.
Cons: I think it's somewhat pricey.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was unique and eco friendly which was a plus
4.0 Okay
Pros: Pet friendly hotel
Cons: Small room Unclean bed with unpleasant smell and bedsheet that smelled like it hasn’t been washed for a year We can hear loud noises of cars driving at night We saw a mouse and some insects in our room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: a quaint hotel perfect for travelers who dont mind the little space as long as it is economical
Cons: the shower area in room #7 is clogged, my husband showered once and the water was stucked. not good

8.3 Excellent
Cons: Great place to stay. Staff are very nice and accommodating.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff made us feel-at-home. The property has 8 rooms and it felt like you're in an ancestral home. The location is nice. It is near Petron gas station, Starbucks, McDo and SM hypermarket.
Cons: I am not sure how many staffs were there but whenever we needed assistance, it took us some time to wait for an available staff.
6.7 Good
Pros: Staff are pleasant and friendly
Cons: Bedbugs
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view of the Taal was really amazing. Feels very relaxing once you wake up in the morning. The room is very spacious and it really fits us. My kids had a great time and we all enjoyed our stay and especially we had a good sleep as well.
Cons: The heater in the washroom is quite unstable. We had a difficult time dealing with it because the controller is quite unstable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lucky enough there was no event during our stay, the room was clean, had a pleasant stay... The staff are courteous enough attending to our needs. failed to ask for assistance using the bathtub
Cons: Nothing...

7.9 Good
Pros: Facilities were nice, clean and pleasant.

Cons: None.

7.0 Good
Pros: Daily wine and cheese/milk and cookies were a nice personal touch to service.
