Pros: It's a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: I can confirm the remarks on the noise of the front rooms and the cushons.

Pros: Central, easy access by car, plus secure parking......very friendly, bood breakfast, nice personal gifts.

Cons: Front rooms suffer from external noise, and even rooms facing Park. fpr extra charge can also be noisey.

Pros: Staff wonderful...location super, we took a corner room which was had a fantastic, view.

Pros: location is very convenient for town centre. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was vry good. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Pros: clean and quiet. The location is perfect, just in between of the historical center and train station. The staffs were very friendly. It's a little bit pricey but all the services and the room were worthwhile.

Pros: This is a really nice hotel, environmentally friendly, clean, centrally located, lovely breakfast - all reasons we have returned several times. The attention to detail makes this hotel stand out compared to others we have visited.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Good buffet at breakfast. Excellent restaurant recommendation to new place tucked away we would not have found from guides. Eco-friendly. Convenient location for pedestrianised area and station. Would definitely return.

Cons: The location does not allow much walking into Freiburg itself. The town centre is about 3Km away and without knowing the town I would not wan tto drive in.

Pros: I like to stay at this hotel when I come to visit friends. It is convenient for transport links and is only a short walk to the city centre. It is comfortable and the staff have always been helpful and pleasant.

Cons: hotel is located in a neighbourhood where too many drunks hangout during night. hotel management would if possible take necessary action to least avoid having drunks / junkies in vicinity of hotel (500 sq.m around hotel). Hotel room interior is good but not well maintained, the room we stayed had a missing lamp shade, water was leaking from shower outlet. The swipe cards we received for room didn't work on first attempt, corridors do not have intercom, hence I had to leave luggage at door of room & go all the way to reception to have the swipe cards fixed.
