Pros: Room facilities were clean and appropriate.
Cons: I had specifically asked that a shuttle or taxi be organised to pick my friend and I from Flagstaff Amtrak station and take us to the hotel. This was promised "no problem" but failed completely to materialise. WE eventually contracted with an unlicensed taxi to get to the hotel. Breakfast at 0745 was an undignified scrummage - too many people swamping the buffet-style service. Empty fruit juce flasks, supply of forks had run out and the coffee was of poor quality. Significant efforts needed here to reach an acceptable standard.

Pros:
Cons: Thermostat in our room did not work properly. The only way to control heat was to turn the wall unit off or on. Room 104.
10.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Breakfast at other La Quinta hotels offered more variety of fresh fruits beyond bananas and oranges and I would appreciate seeing this location add seasonal fruits. Also, more breakfast variety in general would be nice; for example instead of offering sausage patties everyday how about mixing it up, sausage on Monday bacon on Tuesday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is well maintained, the staff were very professional and courteous, our room was well designed and comfortable, the bed was wonderful, and I liked breakfast!
Cons: The handle on our bathroom facet would hit the mirror, otherwise our stay was very comfortable and great!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good. Nice building, free parking and breakfast.
Cons: Sheets had a strange odor, noisy room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds are comfortable and the location is great.
Cons: The price of the Hotel. When I stayed it was during a youth soccer tournament and the kids were loud and running down the halls. The walls were thin and I could hear everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice size room to relax after a day on the road

Pros: Very large, comfortable room and bed. Very spacious shower with glass doors.
Cons: Heater/heat pump is noisy. Bedroom heater/heat pump kept waking me up during the night, so I turned it down to 60 degrees. That worked! Much as I love the small containers of shampoo, lotion, etc., they should be eliminated because of plastic waste.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room itself was nice and spacious.
Cons: The breakfast was bland, not that much to choose from. The bed was hard and the pillows seemed to not be fluffy. There was construction on the side we were on, I was trying to take a nap because I had a migraine and all you can here is someone banging on our wall.

Pros: It’s location was easy to find.
Cons: The first room we were placed in had a leaky sink and when I tried to call the front desk the phone did not work. They moved us to a second room downstairs that was MUCH smaller. The heater was old and either was too hot or too cold. There was no room for luggage. The faucet was hard to shut off. But they told us they’d give us 50% off our bill. So I thought we’d make due and with the discounted rate ....that was probably correctly priced. But apparently that was only for the first night. This was not made clear until check out. The front desk could not explain any of this well and kept stating that only a manager could explain it. However the manager was never there...they did say I could call him

Pros: I enjoyed the conviently located Walmart and eateries located right across from the initial hotel location. I also enjoyed the room layout with the hard wood flooring and bed provided. Although I had read reviews about the location being noisy, we didn't have an issue. Perhaps it was because our room was located in the back of the hotel away from the highway. Overall it was a decent hotel and room booked. I would stay here again for any future trips to be taken.

Pros: I was able to tex any request or questions. We would leave early or be in an area with poor reception and the communication through tex made it easy to speak with the hotel.
Cons: The breakfest could have been way better. Most of the time it was cold. And the attendee was eatting insted of refilling what was running out.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very modern. Staff very nice. Did not waste on little shampoo/cream rinse bottles. (Green)
Cons: Kind of dirty. Behind doors and fridge. Paper bowl under the heater. You can also hear the person walking around up stairs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Besides a great breakfast, the staff was by far the friendliest and earnestly interested in helping you in anyway, and we were gone for three weeks from home and this dude out as the best staff ever.
Cons: I can’t think of anything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upon arrival I was a little unsure because it’s an older inn. The staff at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. We got into our room and it was beautifully remodeled! This place was comfortable clean and a great value! Give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed.
Cons:
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the conviently located Walmart and eateries located right across from the initial hotel location. I also enjoyed the room layout with the hard wood flooring and bed provided. Although I had read reviews about the location being noisy, we didn't have an issue. Perhaps it was because our room was located in the back of the hotel away from the highway. Overall it was a decent hotel and room booked. I would stay here again for any future trips to be taken.
Cons: I wish there was a shelf in the bathroom shower to put personal belongings such as shampoo brought, body wash, razors etc. The breakfast wasn't as great as my boyfriend and I would've hoped but there was food provided.
7.9 Good
Pros: This hotel was in a great location for exploring Flagstaff and the surrounding area, and within easy walking distance of a supermarkets and restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice sitting area. The room has a microwave and fridge which we were able to make use of.
Cons: There was a lot of noise through the night which came from the road. The breakfast wasn’t great with limited choice.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and cozy. The complimentary breakfast was good, it had all the usuals including eggs waffles and sausage/bacon. The staff was friendly and even brought us extra toothbrushes when we forgot one.
Cons: Everything was great. The value for the money was really good and the room seemed well taken care of.

Cons: ot mold yet). All it would take is a little extra cleaning to take care of this issue or someone who checks the room to make sure it is done. Also the WiFi light kept blinking all night but I was so tired it didn't really matter.

Pros: Hailey at front was awesome! Very nice and accommodating. So was Willie, bartender. We enjoyed the free drinks and his attention to refilling quickly, as well as good conversation during happy hour! Great selection. Good breakfast spread.
Cons: Beds were not super comfy. Place was a little dated. Only has an outdoor pool and it was closed due to weather. They charge $7 for parking, even though it’s a large parking lot and I feel it should be included in price.

Cons: Desperate need of remodel and the AC was inadequate to cool the room.

Pros: Location to NAU and downtown. Two room suite. Every employee was exceptionally customer oriented and pleasant to speak with any time. Very comfortable bed- be aware they are standard not queen.
Cons: It is older and the sleeper couch and stuffed chair were well worn. Beds are standard not queen but were very comfortable. Age of facility was a factor in the water in the carpet and corners/edges of carpet were clumped w aged dirt. Cost was definitely for location and service.

Pros: It was well located near the highway, and close to local amenities. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was small and lacked some basics, like shampoo. The room was too small for three people, but would have been ok for a solo traveler.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: This was absolute bare minimum. There's no microwave, no fridge, not even a blow dryer. Perhaps this is stated somewhere and I should have read more closely but I've never seen such a bare motel room. You also have to pay per device per day for wifi. I opted for the higher speed internet for $4.99 and it definitely left something to be desired.
4.8 Okay
Pros:
Cons: All I really need from a motel is a good lock on the door and a reasonably comfortable bed, and this Motel 6 failed to deliver on the second count. I woke up 10-15 times during the night because the mattress was so hard. I won't be staying here again.

Pros: I liked the location, just few minutes away, walking, of the Amtrak station and in heart of downtown. Especially convenient with late train arrival. The room was clean. TV works well. The price is cheap!
Cons: I did not like the noise from the road, the window has bad isolation, so it's not only "soundproof" but it lets cold coming in. I got pretty cold as we have freezing temperature at night at the moment. There's a air heater/cooler in the room but it makes so much noise as well. The water flow is a bit weak from the shower. There's a hairdryer set on the wall with a plug hanging from it but no outlet nearby... so completely useless. The lady at the reception - who seems to be the owner - is totally unpleasant and unlikable.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location nearest to where I needed to be for work.
Cons: I waited a few days to cool off and write a more objective review... it didn't work. The room was grossly overpriced for the accommodation and amenities, parking inadequate, the room poorly designed. I would think for the price charged they could at least afford to change the stain bleached bedspread. The window literally is within 10ft of Route 66, making it difficult to sleep... did I mention the trains passing? I noticed a faint smell of cigarette smoke on arrival and there was an ozone machine in the room. Luckily I know that you cannot use this machine while occupied (can be fatal) however it was gone the next day and the room smelled badly of smoke (I do not smoke). The calculated score above is not accurate, I would rate a 1 star if I could.

Cons: The rooms were very small.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Tons of extra fees. Extremely rude staff. Dirty facilities. Kayak should not do business with this establishment. I was third in line to check in (which took me about 45 minutes) and watched as the manager scammed everyone out of various fees to the tune of about $50 per person. Then they told me I’d need to switch rooms every day because the room I had booked was no longer available. When I told them that was unacceptable the manager yelled and told me I could stay elsewhere. He then refused to give me my receipt that I’d signed. Very strange place. I would not feel safe there.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Leaving it. It forced us to hang out in the local establishments to avoid the room; so, that opened our horizons a bit, I suppose.
Cons: Size not as advertised. Dirty (blood on sheets?). Falling apart. Retrofitting was DIY in the worst way. The hairdryer screwed to the wall didn't reach the plug. Was worried the tub would collapse.
