Appetizers/ drinks in the evening, wonderful delicious breakfast, welcoming staff, clean, comfortable rooms, parking!
The breakfast & afternoon food was fantastic, free drinks included ( we don’t drink, but wow ) great stay
Coffee was good. Pool was nice. Great location.
While there were a variety of items, unfortunately many of them were gone by the time we arrived. Granted we arrived shortly after 9:00 am, but breakfast ran until 9:30 and when we asked about various items, we were told that there was not enough time left to get new food out as it would soon be closing time. :-( The 3 carafes of half-&-half were empty. The oatmeal was gone by the time we arrived both days. The bread & other bakery items were quite scant as well. The last day of our stay found my sons & I looking for silverware & plates (only 3 plates were available when we arrived). We've stayed at all the Drury Inns in Arizona and I have to say that this one was, unfortunately, our least favorite.
The location was perfect when visiting our NAU student that stays on campus.
For the price of stay during NAU family weekend the facility was not very clean and rooms needs updating. Bedding was very old and room felt dirty when we checked in. Our door lock was broke and had to call the front desk. When we checked in the front desk person asked if we would forego daily cleaning for member points. We said yes, but now we understand why either don't want to clean or don't have enough help to get the work done. The common bathrooms were not clean and saw the cleaning people standing at their carts using their cell phones looking at social media. We have stayed at other hotels in Flagstaff and will be booking with them in future trips. Location is not all that.
Close to Nau for family weekend
House keeping was less than adequate Stayed 3 nights room was never really cleaned Bed just remade Dirty cups were left and not replaced
Flagstaff, Arizona somehow remains one of the United States’ best-kept secrets. This high desert mountain town is warm and inviting meanwhile being surrounded by a unique and enticing landscape. The Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff is just as kind and inviting as the city itself. Although it is located just off of I-40, it is perfectly tucked away just walking distance from Northern Arizona University and Downtown Flagstaff.
The 100% family owned and operated Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff certainly carries the same values as the town of Flagstaff itself. Here, everyone is welcome and great service is just a way of life. The bedrooms are simple and elegant offering cloud-like beds and enough space to feel free to relax. The lobby is a bright and inviting place to enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the morning.
In terms of attractions, the options are abundant. When visiting a mountain town, it is an unspoken rule to visit the local coffee shop for in-house roasted coffee or freshly baked treats. Flagstaff’s most treasured coffee shop is Macy’s European Coffee House. Located just “south of the tracks” on Beaver Street, this beloved spot has been a local favorite for more than 30 years.
Guests can follow Beaver Street North to enter downtown Flagstaff where local art is showcased in shops on nearly every corner. For exquisite wine tasting, Vino Loco is the place to go. Of course, once the lights go down, there is no better place to visit than Lowell Observatory, where Pluto was first discovered.
The Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff offers a convenient and accessible location without sacrificing comfort. The hotel has developed an expertise in service with its years of experience.
