For the price this was a very nice place to stay. We were there for a weekend. The room wa see clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
Really everything was good. The Breakfast was typical of a hotel that has limited cooking facility. Pre cooked omelets, heat and serve sausage, heat and serve potatoes. They also has yogurt, cereal, muffins etc. So not bad and if you are traveling with kids it would be very good.
Front desk employee had horrible customer service, breakfast was not satisfactory, they forgot to put towels in my room...didn't notice until I came out of the shower
There was one employee Sim who did a great job and save this review from being a one star. He was eager to make sure we were taken care of and of our satisfaction. He was wanting to assist us if we needed it for our day plans as we were visiting Flagstaff.
We had some issues with the rooms. I had to go to the front counter 4 times as the electronic keys no longer worked for our rooms. We had two rooms for our 6 person group. One of the rooms the toilet was constantly running and flushing the toilet was wobbly and I'm sure was the cause of the problem. Also I think you need to invest in some bigger sheets. The sheets on the bed were constantly coming off and NO one wants to sleep directly on top of a matris especially a hotel matris. Lastly I want to point out that one of the remotes of the TV's did not properly work, we were able to work around this but it was an issue.
Clean & Inexpensive but Spartan
Very clean and well maintained. The price was right. Staff were courteous and friendly.
Didn't get the King room I booked online. 2 Queens instead which was not what we wanted. Exit to outdoors instead of a hallway. The heating/cooling unit was noisier than usual. The water faucet for the bath/shower was tricky to use.
Staff were great! Good rooms, very comfortable beds
In need of a major remodel!
The lobby was nice. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good, free breakfast.
Rooms are very old and in need of repairs and remodeling. Facility is right next to a major freeway, so it was very noisy.
We were able to get a room where we could keep an eye on our moving truck. We were also able to walk across the street to a restaurant for dinner and then when we woke up we walk up the street to breakfast. Staff was nice, room was clean and location is great for travelers.
I had to get my room key reactivated after the first try. Once I got in line there was another person who needed the same thing.
Great value for the money when you consider the cost of other hotels in the area
The bathrooms could use some "sprucing up".
Comfortable bed, Bath area needs updating
The bed was comfortable & linens clean. Breakfast was very good - dining area was clean. Pet area was provided.
The separate sink area was ok, but separate shower/toilet in need of regrouting & paint. Room was on Highway side of building - truck traffic is naturally noisy. Pet area was very small - fence would be nice.
Hotel is run down, thin walls and noisy. The staff
Shower was hard to set, no HBO, room was not in good shape, front desk person was rude, they said they had a hot tub when we booked, but they didn't say it was closed for the season. Refused to give a discount.
Very clean and accommodating staff. Best free breakfast of the trip.
Had to stand in 2" of water in shower due to faulty drain. Reported to staff at checkout and they stated they would get it fixed right away.
The staff were super friendly, the room and surrounding areas were kept very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was nothing to scoff at. Such a great stay for the price! Will definitely stay there again.
