Harman Johal is great -- a very friendly, efficient and understanding "agent" (he's actually the branch manager). Mid-rental, we needed to make two major changes to our original contract; Harman accommodated us quickly and with no hassle at all. Highly recommend!Reviewed 30 Sep 2022

Cons:Website gave me a car but when we got to the place they said they have no cars? This has happened twice in our vacation and has runed most of our vacation. Great servicePros:The enterprise rep was very helpful, he made adjustments to our booking and looked for different options for us. The car we got was awesome and almost brand new. And we didn't have to worry about finding a gas station before dropping it off because we knew the gas price they chsrged per litre was you going to be reasonable. Cons:As usual car rentals do not go smoothly. After their computer said that I could drop the car off at the Canandaigua store, when I picked up the car I was told it had to be returned to an airport location. That meant going to Rochester which required my daughter to go along. She then quoted me a price which did not match the computer's total, even with the change in the return location. Fortunately for me she did change that portion of the rental.Reviewed 22 Oct 2015
