Pros:Nice service, quick return, suitable location.Cons:I booked the car few weeks in advance (VW Caddy/commercial type) which I needed for moving to new apartment and transport some furniture and stuff. Unfortunately the car was not available and I got another (Ford Sharan).Reviewed 1 Oct 2019

Refused my reservation - illegal bait & switchPros:Horrible, dishonest, illegal practice and serviceCons:Enterprise refused to honor my reservation. They admitted to making a mistake and giving away my car. Then they offered me a different car for $20 more. Since we had travel from California and we needed to get to a wedding, we had no choice but to pay more even though online we found cheaper reservations with Enterprise.Reviewed 28 Aug 2017

If in Hamburg, go to Enterprise on Borsteler ChausPros:First and foremost, the staff at this location are excellent. Easy to converse with, personable, it's a warm feeling that greets you as you walk through the doors. The vehicles I have rented thus far are superb, always delivered clean and it's only a few minutes confirming details before I am on the road. Prices are exceptionally fair for the level of service and the vehicle type you will receive. I highly recommend anyone in Hamburg to visit this location when looking for an auto rental.Cons:Nothing, this place is superb.Reviewed 10 Jan 2017

Cons:The rental company did not recognize the insurance acquired through the website ,I had to pay twice as expensive, and you can send your cancellation insurance just call and do not have time to do so.Reviewed 28 Sep 2016
