Beautiful clean rooms. Very comfortable. Nice staff.
Pole in the room blocks use of tv from chair. Should not pay full price for this room.
They messed up my reservation even after calling and re confirming the night before. So I was upgraded to a suite.
They charge you the full fee everyday for your parking pass and not just a one time charge for your stay
I liked the fact that the hotel was super close to the new Rogers Place of the Edmonton Oilers. it was like a 5 min walk maybe less. Also if you didn't want to leave downtown there's lots for you to do right at the hotel being attached to a mall that also has a theater also close to the royal alberta museum.
The room I stayed in was kinda out dated and the carpet in the room was torn but the other floors have been renovated so it's a work in progress.
It was ok at best.
Construction first thing in the morning. Room wasn't ready for a 3:15 check in. They did upgrade us, but the room wasn't clear of coffee cups when we checked in. Not a big deal, but I mentioned it to front desk and they didn't seem to care. Asked for a corkscrew and a few wine glasses, and the lady that dropped them off seemed more annoyed than anything else.
Overall nice hotel
Very friendly staff, and nice looking hotel.Room was clean.Maybe little bit louder street noises but its downtown and its understandable
First when I went to check in at 3:30 they said room wasn't ready (on booking confirmation said 3 pm I could check in). They wanted to give me different room for free but then, because parking is $20 plus $3 every time you leave it and come back, they "saved " me money by upgrading to a suite for $35 which was $39 next day and I didn't have to pay parking. This is all little things so it didn't affect my liking of this hotel. Will go there again
Location is good for downtown business
Rooms run down, water stains on ceiling, plumbing issues.
Location is great, and rooms are clean.
Rooms are dated, this hotel badly needs a refresh.
Being connected to the mall was excellent. The choices of stores to shop at were good. The staff were very friendly.
The choices and prices of the food in the restaurant were a bit disappointing to me. It would have been nice to have some of the food that was on the room service menu served in the restaurant.
Worst expensive hotel ever
Floors stained tv from the early 90s small bed gross jacuzzi all for 260 dollars stayed in a room hearing everything in the lobby rip off!!!
Old tub, old carpet, steamer room broken
