Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hostel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable beds. However, many express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, particularly in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedding, noting issues like dirty linen, unclean rooms, and poorly maintained facilities. While some appreciate the amenities such as lockers, bar area, and lounge, others find the rooms cramped and lacking in privacy. Overall, the hostel's value and atmosphere are seen positively, but cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
