Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Many reviewers also mention good value for money, especially considering the central location. Room sizes are generally appreciated, with several guests noting spacious and comfortable accommodations. However, there are mixed comments about cleanliness and the condition of some rooms and facilities, with a few guests reporting maintenance issues, dated decor, and strong odors in certain areas. Accessibility can be a challenge due to the lack of elevators and steep stairs. Overall, the positives of location, service, and value outweigh the negatives for most guests.
