The car broke down in a parking lot and we had no way to move it and had to get to the airport. The customer service experience was terrible. They wouldn’t answer any phone calls and just texted very unhelpful information.Reviewed 5 Sept 2026

Worst experience ever renting a car. Direction to the rental location were unclear. There was no human being to talk to or take my credit card on site. I had to pry instructions out of someone by text message as no one would answer the phone. I had to use an app to put my credit card into in order to get my rental, which I was not comfortable with. They didn't even have clear instructions on how to get the key to the car and how to get out of the parking garage, as there was no person there to tell you anything. There were no instructions for turning the car in and that process was just as ridiculous as picking it up. I parked the car at the rental place and some person just jumped in it and drove off. No verbal interaction. I will never rent from this company again. There was a couple in the lobby of the airport shuttle station, where this rental company is, having the same issues I was having. In hindsight, on-line reviews for this company are terrible.Reviewed 3 Sept 2026

The quoted price was no where near what we ended up having to pay for the rental. The car insurance was almost 75 dollars a day!Reviewed 27 Aug 2026

ACTUAL charges were DOUBLE what was quoted online for booking the reservation. The “pick-up” at the airport required 1.5 hours of time, i.e. 6 phone calls to the rental car office, taking a bus to the Rental Car Center, then another car shuttle to the rental car office. Will be the LAST time I use their serviceReviewed 24 Aug 2026

The battery on the car died so I jumped it and the battery kept going dead. I wanted to switch the car out for a new one but they didn't have staff on site over the weekend. I called the national number and they wanted to charge me $150 (which is more than I pad for the rental) to come switch out a new vehicle because it was a "roadside assistance" call. I declined, returned the car early, and rented from another companyReviewed 17 Aug 2026

Over charged me buy a day. I still haven’t been able to get it fixed. Also, they were “overbooked” so I had to wait an hour for a car to be ready. Weird system. There were loose wires. I was told the gas tank would be full, it wasn’t but I was too afraid to be charged to leave it at the same place so I spent extra to leave it all the way full.Reviewed 13 Aug 2026

I was suppose to have mid size SUV. The rental company did not have any cars on hand. After an hour of waiting, i was told that they only have 1 toyota corolla on hand. That car was too small for my family, but I had no choice but to take it, as I had to leave my hotel, and had fairy tickets purchased prior to that day. We had to have the luggage placed on my kids legs for the 2 weeks , which was the entire duration of the trip when driving. I will never use that service again, as I am very dissapointed with the service thta was provided.Reviewed 12 Aug 2026
