The shuttle van to the off-site location was dirty and smelled of weed. The first driver to pick up us from the airport was not prompt, however our return driver was very pleasant and ready to pick us up. The car we rented still had some trash in it from the prior user.Reviewed 23 Aug 2025

Wrongly listed as part of airport rental terminal. Actually off airport pick up requiring a tram and shuttle to reach. Hit with excessive fee to use Sun Pass. Otherwise considerable fees.Reviewed 18 Aug 2025

Wasn’t able to get my rental online when I tried to pick it up because I was told in person I had to be 25 and up to be able to buy a rental car and pick it up but when I did it online, I put 21 years old as I am that age, and even my birthday. The transaction went through and took my money out but if I had to be 25 and up to even rent the car then online it should be fixed properly saying error or not even allow me to purchase it if I had to be a certain age it was just alot of struggle trying to do it and went all the way to the airport to pick it up at the spot when it’s far from my houseReviewed 3 Aug 2025

I didn't rent the car because even though I paid insurance and I have my own, they tried to force me to pay a third insurance and asked me for a $250 deposit. They are scammers.Reviewed 31 Jul 2025

This is not Economy Rent a Car, it’s Jet Car Rental. They misrepresent themselves as a reputable brand when really it’s an independent location and there is only 1. Also, they advertise unlimited KM but then tell you it’s capped at 1400 km and each additional Km is $0.30, plus 35% tax. They make you pay for insurance no matter if you have insurance or not, so be prepared for $5-$12 a day for that. And they take a $1000 deposit which I was not informed about. This place should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.Reviewed 25 Jul 2025

One returning my car I get lost and drove through two toll barriers. I have contacted the company twice about getting on top of this situation and making sure I don't incur any additional expenses; but it seems they are not as helpful as they could be. I would like to keep you abreast of this.Reviewed 23 Jul 2025

Even though I had personal insurance that would cover the car if anything happened, they required me to purchase their insurance to rent the car. That DOUBLED the price of the rental.Reviewed 8 Jul 2025

Horrible service. Waited 90 minutes to get car. Outside in sun, no bathrooms. Car was a 15 year old Jetta with soiled seats, headliner falling out. Upon return they asked me to vacuum sand from the beach out of back seat. waited outside in sun with no bathrooms for another hour just to return vehicle.Reviewed 2 Jul 2025

1. It takes TWO shuttles to get to the rental location. So you wait twice. 2. The shuttle drops you off in the street and you need to walk to the rental office. 3. There's no ramp, so you need to drag your suitcases up the stairs. 4. The questions asked are like no other rental agreement I’ve ever got. Ever. They didn’t accept my declining of their insurance until I showed my insurance card, and told them my deductible and my insurance type. I had to call my agent for that. 5. They messed up the order and had to re do it. Given the number of initials and signatures they require it’s a lengthy process. 6. While they had staff walking around, only one person was caring for the renters. It’s a long wait. 7. When returning the car, you wait for the shuttle in the street. Never again.Reviewed 1 Jul 2025
