The location was great--close to the bus stop where you could catch a bus to city center but it was also only a 1.4 mile walk to Trinity College and the Book of Kells. Breakfast was fantastic! A full Irish breakfast or you could order off the menu for French toast, porridge, omelets. The breakfast area was so beautiful and inviting. The staff was extremely helpful in letting us know how to get places and in calling for a taxi to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful, room comfortable large and attractive. Location was great with restaurants and pubs close by. Just a little out of the middle of Dublin.
Thought it was really depressing. And the Staff where not very helpful.
The location, the overall room, and just thought it needs a lot of love. Looks so run down.
Some nice staff- when I could find them. Very very overpriced- one step up from a hostel. Terrible bathroom, no air without opening heavy window to the busy street , no screen, paper thin walls- heat every cough
Charming guesthouse in an excepcional area. A bit away from the center, but Upper Baggot is full of dining options and supermarkets. Frankly, is even better than staying in the center. The surrounding area is nice and quiet and an example of a classic Dublin residential neighbourhood. Very comfortable bed.
WiFi was a bit spotty, using Skype was a bit challenging.
