Everything was perfect
The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Our room was 220, a corner room with lots of natural light. The room was beautiful. The shower was very neat, took a moment to get used to, but very modern.
Construction work on going close to hotel. Noise day and night
Nice, clean & fairly priced.
Clean, decent, and within walking distance of several venues. Get the breakfast with your reservation.
Nothing negative, or constructive to offer.
Washrooms are nice, beds comfortable, good location with friendly staff.
Good service, great location, nice rooms
The location is fab! Rooms are so luxurious! Huge beds! Bathroom was to die for! Couldn't of asked for better and prices so reasonable!
Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Some rooms where a little hard to find.
The staff was really nice and they mailed me the phone charger I'd forgotten in the room. Appart from that it's a big hotel a bit south of the center, rooms were really nice, breakfast OK.
You can hear anybody passing in the corridor from the room door closed... From little chit chat during the day to the groups returning from a good night out at night.
A very convenient location, close to Dublin City centre. Lovely staff.
An oversight by housekeeping meant our room wasn't replenished and we almost ran out of loo roll!
Convenient location with modern facilities. I did not have breakfast but it was offered at a reasonable rate as was the room itself.
I thoroughly enjoyed the location, and the breakfast, great value
Noisy early morning deliveries from carpark.
Pleasant staff, convenient location, comfortable hotel.
Price of breakfast!
location very good
room 525 has to be the noisest room i have ever stayed in. like a constant loud air conditioning unit about to blow up
The hotel is (located in a peaceful area and) within walking distance of city center and there's secure private parking for residents and 24hr petrol station directly across the road from the hotel.
No airconditioning in the rooms...not usually a problem in Ireland is Irish weather tends to be cold. However, the weekend I stayed, it was very sunny and the lack of aircon was very much noticed!
It was close to the city centre and close to where the conference was held. Some of the restaurant staff were extremely nice and they offered a personalised service. The food was very good despite being a 3 star hotel.
The hotel needs some maintenace in the corridors. The lobby area and restaurant seemed recently done though.
