Nice neighbourhood, could use a little updating
Nice neighbourhood with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The room was clean, staff were very friendly.
Elevator was out of service, very little flow of cold water from the sink in the bathroom. No mini fridge in the room.
At first glance the hotel was a bit old and needed a lot of work to bring it up to scratch. However, it is being renovated and the room I stayed in clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were terrific.
We were made very welcome and afforded every assistance. we were advised on local sights of interest and transport facilities. the rooms were beautifully appointed and had everything we required for our comfort and convenience. The food was excellent and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Pleasant part of town, convenient location to get into city centre,. good selection for breakfast. Pleasant & helpful staff.
nothing
Myself and my daughter stayed at the waterloo, when we went to the pink concert, we were very impressed and i work for the bank of ireland where i did a recommendation for the hotel, we will be going to concerts again and will us the hotel, very clean, lovely spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast served in friendly atmosphere
from the outside it appears hotel does need some work however there is a sign stating that this is ongoing
Pleasant, friendly staff. Clean and quiet room with a great shower. Inexpensive and more than adequate breakfast.
Hotel wasaltogether fine in every way, but a promised parking space was not forthcoming, although apology was received. Website says check-in is from 1.00, but management later said the reason the parking space was unavailable was that check-in was from 2.00. We were clamped as an indirect result. Release fee cost more than the night's accommodation. The parking space did become available, but we weren't told.
Nothing was too much. Map of city showing 1-way streets printed off for us. Car parking space reserved. Girl in Breakfast room was exceptionally good with our grand daughters aged 7& 5. Breakfast ..full Irish incl..great.
There weren't any.
