Cons:Car rental was not at airport, was offsite at an old hotel which was very strange. Shuttle was broken down upon arrival and not running for our departure. We had to take an Uber to the airport which was very inconvenient because we were traveling with a car seat and a small child. This location should not be included as an airport location.Reviewed 16 Dec 2019

Pros:The free upgrade.Cons:Long wait for the van at the airport, cultural preference playing music for preferred culture loudly in the van, no one at the desk to return the car, one was driving one was washing cars. The car I ordered was unavailable. The next car was dirty, and the trunk would not open. The last car I was offered was wonderful.Reviewed 19 Feb 2018

Pros:Good price.Cons:Drop off is off-site. Pick up van was a normal Chrysler Pacifica with minimal seating. Very slow to pick up at PIE Airport.Reviewed 2 Jul 2017

Never rent from DollarPros:Dollar lists themselves as "being at the airport". They are not at the airport and there was no shuttle, no counter, no phone. When we called the LOCAL phone number to have them bring us a car or shuttle us to their location, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. We called again and again, but as you can imagine, you can only stand around the airport for so long before you give up and rent a car from one of the counters at the airport.Cons:Terrible service and zero help from the 1800 phone number. No one answered the phone at the local office. We landed at 8:00 pm - so after business hours - but certainly not the middle of the night. There is no excuse for Dollar Rental Car leaving us high and dry. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNERSReviewed 24 Apr 2017

Pros:Ease of picking up the car and being able to pick car.Cons:Waiting in line to pick up car. Return location was difficult to find and there was no signage to indicate location. Miss information about return which indicated a gas receipt which was not necessary.Really. Additional charge for additional driver which I didnot use as a result.Reviewed 30 Jan 2017
