Pros (+) Right where you want to be in Cozumel and even more so if you're a scuba diver. On site scuba company is the best. No Name Bar by the pool out back is legendary. A great hang.
Cons (-) Not much except location. Mattresses are awful. Building is very old. Bathroom tile appears to have been recently improved, but that doesn't reduce the smell of methane coming from the sewer if you don't keep the cover on the drain. No food available unless you go out to the pool bar.
