I love the room
The room was neat and clean, breakfast was excellent how ever the best part was the friendly staff they make you feel welcome from the front desk to the breakfast room.
The sofabed in the room was not the most comfortable to sleep in.
Good breakfast variety, location of hotel (couldn't hear highway).
Stayed for a week and breakfast dining area was usually a very busy and crowded place. King bed was uncomfortable, and there were used chew packets in a corner on the carpet and one stuck on the bathroom wall.
Customer service was fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good.
The water pressure in the shower was a little disappointing, but not unbearably so.

The room was clean, mostly. That's about it.
I could feel springs of the cheap mattress through the non-existent bed pad, one thin blanket with no additional coverings available, and tiny, flimsy pillows I had to roll up in a tube to get any support made it impossible to get comfortable. I finally got a few hours sleep sitting in the stiff chair wrapped in the cheap chenille decorative throw. The rest of the room was Spartan, definitely a hotel about profit margins, exploiting gamblers visiting the casino across the street, not customer comfort.
