Cons (-) They were always out of decaf tea bags.

Pros (+) Walking distance to places and restaurants, easy to find, parking was great. Great value for the price.
Cons (-) I was not impress with how they placed the girls soccer team families spread out on the 2nd 3rd floors. Footsteps running in their rooms, hallways, jumping up and down, playing in the elevator was too much and so much noise I could not enjoy a good night’s rest.
